基于WEB的成都名流IT培訓(xùn)中心教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化加速了新技術(shù)的更新與傳播,企業(yè)不斷增長的對(duì)求職者技能的需求,加速了職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展。在我國這幾年,IT職業(yè)培訓(xùn)在眾多職業(yè)培訓(xùn)類別中發(fā)展迅速,體系成熟,但其內(nèi)部管理,尤其是招生進(jìn)來后的教學(xué)管理的信息化程度還很低,大部分還是以電子表格為主。這加大了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的難度,查找也非常不方便。培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)要想在市場(chǎng)上保持長期健康有序的發(fā)展,僅僅靠市場(chǎng)的廣告投入是不夠的,還需要把后面的教學(xué)工作做得更仔細(xì),讓中心的教學(xué)質(zhì)量不斷提升,讓學(xué)員通過職業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的培訓(xùn)后,技能得到大大的提升,深受用人企業(yè)的喜愛。就業(yè)是對(duì)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)最好的檢驗(yàn),通過就業(yè),培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)還可以更進(jìn)一步了解企業(yè)的技能需求,轉(zhuǎn)過來進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)教學(xué)的調(diào)整,讓學(xué)生更受企業(yè)的歡迎。這樣,培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的口碑自然會(huì)不斷提升,會(huì)有更多的學(xué)員就讀,實(shí)現(xiàn)因教學(xué)質(zhì)量好而帶來大量的口碑招生,使培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)良化的運(yùn)作。 本文是以北大青鳥成都名流培訓(xùn)中心自身的行業(yè)和業(yè)務(wù)需求,也結(jié)合了目前大多數(shù)IT類培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),為了提高IT類職業(yè)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)管理效率,更好的服務(wù)于就讀學(xué)員,同時(shí)也更好的輔助市場(chǎng)招生而提出的一個(gè)基于Web的以教學(xué)為管理主線的一個(gè)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)使用基于面向?qū)ο蟮目焖僭头▉磉M(jìn)行研發(fā),使用ASP.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái),架構(gòu)上采用基于B/S的三層結(jié)構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)使用Microsoft SQL Server2005進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)。在J2EE體系下非常流行的輕量級(jí)開源框架Hibernate和Spring,在.NET環(huán)境下也有對(duì)應(yīng)的NHibernate和Spring.NET在本文的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中得到了充分的應(yīng)用。 本文先對(duì)系統(tǒng)選題進(jìn)行了闡述,接下來對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用的開發(fā)方法和要使用到的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,然后用基于面向?qū)ο蟮目焖僭头ú⒔柚鶵ational Rose工具對(duì)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了描述,最終形成設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)信息管理模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫表和功能實(shí)現(xiàn)也做了詳細(xì)說明,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試和部署進(jìn)行了介紹。
[Abstract]:Global economic integration accelerates the renewal and dissemination of new technologies, and the increasing demand for job seekers' skills by enterprises accelerates the development of vocational training. In recent years, IT vocational training has developed rapidly in many kinds of vocational training in China, and its system is mature, but its internal management, especially the teaching management after enrollment, is still very low, most of which are based on electronic forms. This increases the difficulty of data statistics, find is also very inconvenient. If training institutions want to maintain a healthy and orderly development in the market for a long time, it is not enough to rely solely on advertising investment from the market. They also need to do more carefully the later teaching work so that the teaching quality of the center can be continuously improved. Let the trainees through vocational training, skills have been greatly improved, deeply favored by employers. Employment is the best test to the teaching of training institutions. Through employment, the training institutions can further understand the skills needs of enterprises, turn to further promote the adjustment of teaching, and make students more welcome by enterprises. In this way, the reputation of the training institutions will naturally continue to improve, there will be more students to study, because of good teaching quality and bring a large number of word-of-mouth enrollment, so that the training institutions to achieve excellent operation. This paper is based on the industry and business needs of Chengdu celebrity training center of Peking University, and combines the characteristics of most IT training institutions. In order to improve the teaching management efficiency of IT vocational training institutions and better serve the trainees, At the same time, a management system based on Web, which takes teaching as the main line of management, is proposed to assist market enrollment. The system uses object-oriented rapid prototyping method to develop the system, uses ASP.NET development platform, uses a three-tier structure based on B / S, and uses Microsoft SQL Server2005 to store the data. The lightweight open source frameworks, Hibernate and Spring, which are very popular in the J2EE system, and the corresponding NHibernate and Spring.NET in the .NET environment have been fully applied in the system development of this paper. This paper first describes the system topics, and then describes the development methods and related technologies to be used in the system in detail. Then, the business process of the system is described by using the object oriented rapid prototyping method and the Rational Rose tool, and finally the design scheme is formed. The database table and function realization of the basic information management module of the system are also described in detail, and the test and deployment of the system are also introduced.
