地鐵多媒體信息系統(tǒng)的視頻控制子系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:摘要:目前地鐵中有地鐵乘客信息系統(tǒng)(Passenger Information System,即PIS系統(tǒng))和視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)兩大多媒體系統(tǒng)。隨著地鐵運(yùn)營商服務(wù)意識的提高以及多媒體技術(shù)的發(fā)展,這就要求車載PIS系統(tǒng)在火災(zāi)、恐怖襲擊等緊急情況下要能提供更為詳細(xì)的信息,因而應(yīng)當(dāng)具有較高的安全保障能力,而視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在安全監(jiān)控方面正好具有信息量大、視覺直觀、報警精確度高的特點(diǎn)。因此,本文將這兩大系統(tǒng)集成在一起,構(gòu)建了地鐵多媒體信息系統(tǒng)(Multimedia Information System)。它是應(yīng)用在地鐵列車上的、既面向地鐵乘客又面向司服人員的一套全數(shù)字化IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)。 當(dāng)前的PIS系統(tǒng)主要為乘客提供豐富的資訊、娛樂節(jié)目,而視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)則為乘務(wù)人員提供車廂內(nèi)實(shí)時視頻監(jiān)控。MIS系統(tǒng)則將這兩大系統(tǒng)結(jié)合在了一起。作為地鐵MIS系統(tǒng)的一部分,為了滿足乘客對資訊節(jié)目的實(shí)時性、高清晰的要求,以及滿足乘務(wù)人員對視頻監(jiān)控的高清晰度、多路監(jiān)控視頻查看的要求,研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)了本視頻控制子系統(tǒng)。 本視頻控制子系統(tǒng)利用了近年來出現(xiàn)的DTMB地面數(shù)字電視廣播作為實(shí)時節(jié)目來源,采用體積小巧、且低功耗的廉價ION平臺搭建了集中控制單元,并設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了上層軟件,利用了平臺中集成的圖形處理器加速系統(tǒng)中的視頻處理功能,視頻分辨率高達(dá)720p,滿足了系統(tǒng)對進(jìn)行大量高清晰視頻處理的需求,取得了良好的測試效果。 論文主要對本視頻控制子系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究,包括:1)接收DTMB地面數(shù)字高清電視廣播,并在司機(jī)室本地解碼和顯示,同時把電視信號轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)至客室播放,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資訊的實(shí)時播報,同時DTMB可切換不同頻道,保證了節(jié)目的豐富性;2)實(shí)現(xiàn)了將各種高清視頻短片,如地鐵宣傳片和高清廣告等存儲在本地,然后在需要時在司機(jī)室本地播放并發(fā)送到客室顯示;3)實(shí)現(xiàn)了同時接收多路高清監(jiān)控視頻,能夠在本地進(jìn)行多畫面顯示,最多支持16路監(jiān)控視頻的并行顯示,同時,地面控制中心也可通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)直接查看車內(nèi)實(shí)時監(jiān)控視頻。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: there are two multimedia systems in subway: passenger Information system (PIS system) and video surveillance system.With the improvement of subway operators' service awareness and the development of multimedia technology, it is required that the on-board PIS system should be able to provide more detailed information in emergency situations such as fire, terrorist attacks and so on, so it should have a higher safety and security capability.The video surveillance system has the characteristics of large amount of information, visual intuitionistic and high alarm accuracy in the aspect of security monitoring.Therefore, this paper integrates the two systems together and constructs the subway multimedia Information system.It is a set of full digital IP network information system, which is applied to subway train, which is not only for subway passengers but also for service personnel.The current PIS system mainly provides the passengers with abundant information and entertainment programs, while the video surveillance system provides real-time video surveillance in the cabin for the crew. The two systems are combined together.As part of the subway MIS system, in order to meet the requirements of real-time, high-definition, high-definition and multi-channel surveillance of video surveillance by crew members,The video control subsystem is studied and implemented.This video control subsystem uses DTMB terrestrial digital television broadcasting as a real-time program source, and uses a compact and low power ION platform to build a centralized control unit, and designs and implements the upper software.The video processing function of the integrated graphics processor in the platform is utilized. The video resolution is as high as 720p, which meets the demand of the system for a large number of high-definition video processing, and achieves a good test result.This paper mainly studies the realization of each function module of this video control subsystem, including: 1) receiving DTMB terrestrial digital HDTV broadcast, decoding and displaying it locally in the driver's room, and transmitting the TV signal to the guest room at the same time.At the same time, DTMB can switch different channels to ensure the richness of the program.) it can store all kinds of high-definition video clips, such as subway propaganda film and high-definition advertisement, in the local area.Then when needed in the driver's room local play and send to the passenger room display (3) realize to receive multi-channel high-definition surveillance video simultaneously, can carry on the multi-screen display in the local place, support the parallel display of the 16-channel surveillance video at most, at the same time, at the same time,The ground control center can also view the real-time surveillance video directly through the network.
