【摘要】：中國(guó)的電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展，許多公司進(jìn)入計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理的時(shí)代，因此，提高管理效率和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，管理水平，但仍然在原來(lái)的主張，一些公司仍將在全球信息經(jīng)濟(jì)和世界貿(mào)易組織中成功的實(shí)施過(guò)程中，企業(yè)和社會(huì)情境在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，這種激進(jìn)改革面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，并實(shí)現(xiàn)更高效的管理員管理和科學(xué)管理理念的重要性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)欲望的每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理、計(jì)算機(jī)管理、考勤管理和企業(yè)員工秉承富科學(xué)，建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、高效的管理體系,提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的緊急狀態(tài)，金融和許多其他方面成為一個(gè)必然趨勢(shì)。 由于員工的工資和出勤率是相關(guān)的，處理復(fù)雜的日常業(yè)務(wù)管理需要執(zhí)行手動(dòng)任務(wù)，使用大量的手工工作往往出現(xiàn)一些錯(cuò)誤，而使用計(jì)算機(jī)管理大大提高日常操作的效率，但也可能出現(xiàn)在工作方法、流程管理等對(duì)整個(gè)任務(wù)的不確定性，在工資和出勤率的傳統(tǒng)手工操作不用而采用電腦操作的內(nèi)部管理流程,更完整的控制方式使操作員能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)。 伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和計(jì)算機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用，企業(yè)信息化這個(gè)詞對(duì)于企業(yè)管理者已經(jīng)并不陌生，如何運(yùn)用企業(yè)信息來(lái)更好的管理和使用企業(yè)的各種紛繁復(fù)雜的信息和資源是每個(gè)管理者所必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。 畫美廣告公司是一家規(guī)模較小但涵蓋業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)雜的小型公司，因其并沒(méi)有使用任何相關(guān)軟件來(lái)管理其公司業(yè)務(wù)，長(zhǎng)期的業(yè)務(wù)往來(lái)造成公司的原材料的管理，財(cái)務(wù)的管理等各個(gè)方面都存在了嚴(yán)重的混亂和業(yè)務(wù)的繁鎖，并且公司在處理業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的大量信息已經(jīng)不能夠用人工的進(jìn)行處理，以上所涉及的問(wèn)題給公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)了諸多的不便，也阻礙了公司的發(fā)展腳步。 為了加速公司的發(fā)展，根據(jù)畫美廣告公司各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)，可以把本系統(tǒng)拆分為三大系統(tǒng)，分別是財(cái)務(wù)管理、進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)和企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)。企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)為進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)和財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)，進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)有的采購(gòu)、銷售、收款、付款和庫(kù)存管理等功能，這幾項(xiàng)也是商業(yè)企業(yè)的主要業(yè)務(wù)，財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)會(huì)利用進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)生成財(cái)務(wù)賬簿，這個(gè)功能也是本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想，把進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)和財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)的聯(lián)合起來(lái)，讓各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)項(xiàng)共享，財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)也可以自己創(chuàng)建憑證入賬，生成財(cái)務(wù)賬簿，記錄企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)信息。 系統(tǒng)可以幫助畫美廣告公司實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)的信息化，覆蓋了畫美廣告公司的所有信息的管理工作，幫助管理者更好的管理公司。主要針對(duì)管理公司的庫(kù)存，銷售，財(cái)務(wù)，以及公司的基本信息。對(duì)于我們信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)這個(gè)復(fù)合型專業(yè)說(shuō)，如何更好的把計(jì)算機(jī)的知識(shí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)類的知識(shí)運(yùn)用在一起去解決一類企業(yè)的信息化問(wèn)題，，可以更好的使用大學(xué)期間所學(xué)的知識(shí)，為我們以后的工作提供更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 企業(yè)的管理信息系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中起著重要作用。好的管理系統(tǒng)在對(duì)公司的幫助是巨大的，這也體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)公司體系的健全。本文介紹了一個(gè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能做簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)的基本原理進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)明，最后通過(guò)部分系統(tǒng)截圖和數(shù)據(jù)表格來(lái)介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程以及系統(tǒng)的基本操作。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用了技術(shù)比較成熟的B/S模式，開發(fā)語(yǔ)言采用了JAVA與JSP，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用主流的SQL Server2005，本系統(tǒng)一共分為六個(gè)模塊，系分別為：基本操作、客戶(供應(yīng)商)管理、產(chǎn)品銷售管理、材料庫(kù)存管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、系統(tǒng)管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of E - commerce and Internet business in China , many companies enter the era of computer network management . Therefore , in the process of the successful implementation of the global information economy and the World Trade Organization , some companies will still be successful in the global information economy and the World Trade Organization .

Because the employee ' s salary and attendance rate are relevant , handling complex routine business management needs to carry out manual tasks , and the use of computer management to improve the efficiency of daily operation can be greatly improved , but the uncertainty of the whole task can be greatly improved by using computer management , but also the internal management process of computer operation can be adopted in the traditional manual operation of salary and attendance rate , and the operator can realize the more complete control mode .

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the wide application of computers , the word enterprise informationization is no stranger to the enterprise manager , how to use the enterprise information to better manage and use the various complex information and resources of the enterprise are the problems that each manager must face .

The company is a small but business - complex small company , because it does not use any relevant software to manage its business , the long - term business contacts result in serious confusion and business complex in the management of raw materials of the company , financial management , etc . , and the large amount of information generated by the company in processing the business has not been able to be processed manually , and the problems mentioned above have brought many inconvenience to the operation of the company , and also hindered the development of the company .

In order to speed up the company ' s development , the system can be divided into three systems , such as financial management , marketing management system and enterprise information management system .

The system can help painting and advertising companies to realize the informationization of the business , cover all the information management of the company , and help the manager to manage the company better . It mainly focuses on the management company ' s stock , sales , finance and the company ' s basic information .

The management information system of the enterprise plays an important role in modern enterprise management . The good management system is great in the help of the company , which also reflects the sound of a company system . This paper introduces the development of a company ' s internal management system . At last , it introduces the development and design process of the system and the basic operation of the system . At last , the system is divided into six modules : basic operation , customer ( supplier ) management , product sales management , material inventory management , financial management and system management .
