【摘要】：與入黨積極分子教育培養(yǎng)相比,預備黨員考察較寬松,大多是形式上履行轉(zhuǎn)正程序,因此很多黨員入黨后放松了要求。有的畢業(yè)生預備黨員因為各種原因?qū)⒔M織關(guān)系暫時留在學校,對他們的教育管理就更需要進行研究、探索。本文旨在通過對廣告藝術(shù)學院畢業(yè)生黨員組織關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)出現(xiàn)狀,畢業(yè)生預備黨員教育、培養(yǎng)、考察的主要做法和組織關(guān)系暫留學校畢業(yè)生預備黨員教育管理模式探索等方面的分析探討,較好地解決組織關(guān)系暫留學校畢業(yè)生預備黨員培養(yǎng)考察流于形式的問題,為高職院校的學生黨建工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Compared with the education and training of the activists of joining the Party, the inspection of probationary party members is more relaxed, and most of them carry out formal conversion procedures, so many Party members relax their requirements after joining the Party.Some graduate probationary Party members leave their organizational relationship at school for a variety of reasons, so it is necessary to study and explore their educational management.The purpose of this paper is to transfer the current situation of the relationship between the graduates of the Advertising Arts College and the Party members' organizations, and to educate and train the probationary Party members.Analysis and discussion on the main methods of investigation and the organizational relationship, the exploration of the educational management mode of the school graduates' probationary Party members, etc., in order to better solve the problem that the organization relationship is temporarily retained for the school graduates' probationary Party members training and inspection is a mere formality.To provide a reference for the party building work of students in higher vocational colleges.
