【摘要】： 當(dāng)今世界市場的競爭日益激烈,一個產(chǎn)品的品牌知名度,不僅僅依靠產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,而且還要為客戶提供全方位的服務(wù),進行服務(wù)品牌建設(shè)不但可以提高消費者的滿意度和忠誠度,更可以使企業(yè)在競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境中贏得競爭優(yōu)勢。服務(wù),是直接面對消費者、直接和高效地宣傳產(chǎn)品和企業(yè)的最好的廣告。針對消費者的這一心理需求,企業(yè)在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時,力求從服務(wù)入手,通過名牌服務(wù)來感染顧客,挽留顧客,進而擴大銷售,促進企業(yè)的不斷繁榮。雜志社信息業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng)就是中小型雜志社企業(yè)利用信息技術(shù),通過對客戶信息的收集、管理、跟蹤、采集后,為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),留住老客戶吸引新客戶。 雜志社信息業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要包括前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)以及后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護兩個方面。前者要求界面友好,易于操作,算法優(yōu)化、功能完備等特點;而對于后者則要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強、數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的庫。 本文對雜志社信息業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析、功能模塊劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫模式分析以及此管理系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)計模塊進行了細致的闡述。該系統(tǒng)能滿足中小雜志社企業(yè)對客戶信息的輸入、查詢、統(tǒng)計、管理等功能,從而提高雜志社對客戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Today, the competition in the world market is increasingly fierce. The brand awareness of a product depends not only on the quality of the product, but also on providing customers with comprehensive services.The construction of service brand can not only improve the satisfaction and loyalty of consumers, but also make enterprises win competitive advantage in the competitive market environment.Service is the best advertisement for direct and efficient promotion of products and enterprises.In view of this psychological demand of consumers, enterprises strive to ensure the quality of products at the same time, from the service, through the famous brand service to infect customers, retain customers, and then expand sales, promote the continuous prosperity of enterprises.The comprehensive management system of magazine information business is that small and medium-sized magazine enterprises use information technology, through the collection, management, tracking and collection of customer information, to provide quality services for customers and retain old customers to attract new customers.The development of comprehensive management system of magazine information business mainly includes two aspects: the development of front-end application program and the establishment and maintenance of backstage database.The former requires friendly interface, easy operation, algorithm optimization and complete function, while for the latter, it needs to build a database with strong data consistency and integrity and good data security.In this paper, the requirement analysis, function module partition, database pattern analysis and the main design module of this management system are described in detail.The system can satisfy the functions of input, query, statistics and management of customer information in small and medium-sized magazine enterprises, thus improving the service quality of magazine to customers.
