基于Art-Net協(xié)議的嵌入式調光系統(tǒng)的研究與設計

【摘要】: 調光系統(tǒng)廣泛應用于劇場、體育館、電視臺演播廳、音樂會、大型LED廣告牌等場所。燈光的效果對整個舞臺的布景、運動員水平的發(fā)揮、廣告效果以及音樂會場氣氛都有很大的影響。近年來,隨著科學技術的進步以及人們欣賞水平的提高,人們對燈光的控制效果提出了更高的要求。 本文對現(xiàn)有的基于DMX512協(xié)議的調光系統(tǒng)進行了分析,找到了其不足之處,如:傳輸速度慢、可控燈具數(shù)量少等缺點。由于基于DMX512協(xié)議的調光系統(tǒng)的這些不足之處,在解決大型建筑物的調光控制時,,在實時性和燈具控制數(shù)量上無法滿足實際的需要。因此,本文提出了基于Art-Net協(xié)議的嵌入式調光系統(tǒng)設計方案。該調光系統(tǒng)具有實時性好、可控燈具數(shù)量多、升級改造簡單等特點,可廣泛應用于劇場、體育館、大型LED廣告牌等需要控制幾千個甚至上萬個燈具的場所。整個調光系統(tǒng)在設計上利用Art-Net協(xié)議,硬件開發(fā)板以Intel IXP425網絡處理器為核心、板上包含串口、Flash、PCI、實時時鐘等必要的器件;軟件采用美國風河公司的VxWorks實時操作系統(tǒng),強大的硬件平臺加上良好的實時操作系統(tǒng),極大的提高了系統(tǒng)的整體性能和實時性。本文主要論述了基于Art-Net協(xié)議的嵌入式調光系統(tǒng)的軟件設計部分內容,主要包括在VxWorks下硬件平臺的BSP編寫和器件的驅動程序的編寫,并在此平臺上開發(fā)應用程序,實現(xiàn)完整的調光系統(tǒng)。 通過實際應用,基于Art-Net協(xié)議的嵌入式調光系統(tǒng)解決了對大型場所燈具亮度控制的需要,可廣泛應用,市場前景好。
[Abstract]:Dimming system is widely used in theatres, gymnasiums, television studios, concerts, large LED billboards and other venues.The lighting effect has a great influence on the stage setting, the level of the athletes, the advertising effect and the atmosphere of the music venue.In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's appreciation level, people put forward higher requirements to the control effect of lighting.In this paper, the existing dimming system based on DMX512 protocol is analyzed, and its shortcomings are found, such as slow transmission speed, low number of controllable lamps and so on.Because of these shortcomings of dimming system based on DMX512 protocol, the real-time and the quantity of lighting control can not meet the actual needs in solving the dimming control of large buildings.Therefore, an embedded dimming system based on Art-Net protocol is proposed in this paper.The dimming system has the characteristics of good real-time, large quantity of controlled lamps, simple upgrading and transformation, and can be widely used in theatres, gymnasiums, large LED billboards and other places where thousands or even tens of thousands of lamps need to be controlled.The whole dimming system uses Art-Net protocol in the design, the hardware development board takes Intel IXP425 network processor as the core, the board contains the necessary devices such as serial port flash IXP425, real-time clock, etc. The software adopts VxWorks real-time operating system of American Wind River Company.Strong hardware platform and good real-time operating system greatly improve the overall performance and real-time of the system.This paper mainly discusses the software design of the embedded dimming system based on Art-Net protocol, including the BSP programming of the hardware platform and the device driver program under the VxWorks, and develops the application program on this platform.Complete dimming system is realized.Through the practical application, the embedded dimming system based on Art-Net protocol solves the need of luminance control for large-scale lamps and lanterns. It can be widely used and has a good market prospect.
