基于博弈論的省內(nèi)民營(yíng)種業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈定價(jià)策略研究

【摘要】: 進(jìn)入全球化企業(yè)階段,企業(yè)同企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)演變成供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何更好的整合外部供應(yīng)鏈資源,利用適合的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)各理性成員從自身利益最大化出發(fā)制定決策的同時(shí),做出使供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)的策略,是每個(gè)企業(yè)尋求發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路。中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)作為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量,面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。 民營(yíng)種業(yè)企業(yè)面對(duì)大型種業(yè)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,缺乏對(duì)價(jià)格的控制權(quán)和獨(dú)立性,決定了其供應(yīng)鏈基本假設(shè)與其他供應(yīng)鏈有著很大的不同。因此,對(duì)民營(yíng)種業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈契約的定價(jià)策略研究就具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制研究成果主要集中在兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)之間討價(jià)還價(jià)、庫(kù)存、定價(jià)折扣、契約設(shè)計(jì)等方面。本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈契約的研究,在總結(jié)近年來(lái)有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從民營(yíng)種業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈這一全新視角,結(jié)合民營(yíng)企業(yè)跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)信息系統(tǒng)的研究這一課題,利用博弈論和報(bào)童模型探討種業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈定價(jià)策略,并進(jìn)一步討論供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)之間動(dòng)態(tài)博弈的問(wèn)題。主要內(nèi)容包括: 1)總結(jié)兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈的定價(jià)策略的基本研究方法,提出針對(duì)三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈的定價(jià)策略模型,在分析了完全信息下單周期產(chǎn)品的兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈在價(jià)格因素主導(dǎo)和非價(jià)格因素主導(dǎo)后,加入不完全信息的三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)模型分析。對(duì)以往的簡(jiǎn)化模型做了進(jìn)一步深化。 2)考慮了種子公司投入研發(fā)費(fèi)用、分銷商和零售商為了擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)需求,分別投入廣告和促銷努力,對(duì)種業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈定價(jià)策略的影響。 3)根據(jù)實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目企業(yè),利用Matlab數(shù)學(xué)工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)仿真,驗(yàn)證了研究成果。
[Abstract]:In the stage of globalization, the competition between enterprises and enterprises evolves into the competition between supply chain and supply chain.How to better integrate the external supply chain resources, use the appropriate incentive mechanism, guide the rational members to make decisions from the maximization of their own interests, and make the optimal strategy for the supply chain system at the same time.It is the only way for every enterprise to seek development.As an important force in China's economic development, small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing even greater challenges.Facing the competition pressure of large seed enterprises, private seed enterprises lack the control and independence of price, which determines that the basic hypothesis of supply chain is very different from other supply chains.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the pricing strategy of private seed industry supply chain contract.The existing research results of supply chain coordination mechanism mainly focus on bargaining, inventory, pricing discount, contract design and so on.Based on the research of supply chain contract at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research results of supply chain in recent years, from the perspective of private seed industry supply chain, combined with the research of private enterprise transnational management information system.By using game theory and newsboy model, the pricing strategy of seed industry supply chain is discussed, and the problem of dynamic game among supply chain node enterprises is further discussed.The main elements include:1) summarize the basic research methods of pricing strategy of two-level supply chain, and propose a pricing strategy model for three-level supply chain. After analyzing the price factor and non-price factor of the two-level supply chain with complete information issuing order cycle product, the price factor is dominant and the non-price factor is the dominant factor.Dynamic model analysis of three-level supply chain with incomplete information.The previous simplified model is further deepened.2) considering the investment of seed companies in R & D, distributors and retailers, in order to expand the market demand, put into advertising and promotion efforts, respectively, on seed industry supply chain pricing strategy.3) according to the field investigation and the project enterprise, the data simulation is carried out by using the Matlab mathematical tool, and the research results are verified.
