【摘要】:“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題一直是關(guān)系我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的大事。涉農(nóng)貸款是政府和金融機(jī)構(gòu)合力推出的一項(xiàng)有助于“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展的惠農(nóng)政策,能在很大程度上緩解個(gè)體農(nóng)戶和農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的資金壓力,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)的規(guī)�;a(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。然而,由于我國(guó)農(nóng)村信息化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后,信息相對(duì)閉塞,導(dǎo)致貸款農(nóng)戶抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力嚴(yán)重不足,從而引起不良涉農(nóng)信用貸款現(xiàn)象頻發(fā),以至于銀行在涉農(nóng)貸款審批事務(wù)中越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格、謹(jǐn)慎,導(dǎo)致涉農(nóng)貸款資金分配不合理和放貸不及時(shí),這些反過(guò)來(lái)又制約農(nóng)戶的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和還款能力,從而漸漸使涉農(nóng)貸款陷入一個(gè)無(wú)法解開(kāi)的死結(jié)。移動(dòng)應(yīng)用微信的飛速崛起給當(dāng)代推廣營(yíng)銷(xiāo)開(kāi)辟了一條全新道路,越來(lái)越多的機(jī)關(guān)、事業(yè)單位、商戶和個(gè)人紛紛利用微信公眾號(hào)作為自身品牌的代言平臺(tái),且創(chuàng)造了巨大的廣告效應(yīng)和直接財(cái)富。為使在涉農(nóng)貸款過(guò)程中農(nóng)戶和貸款銀行達(dá)到雙贏局面,促進(jìn)涉農(nóng)貸款的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文以提高農(nóng)業(yè)銀行“涉農(nóng)貸款”客戶關(guān)系管理效率、加強(qiáng)金融信息推送效率和降低管理系統(tǒng)成本為目標(biāo),提出了一個(gè)以微信公眾平臺(tái)為載體的便捷、實(shí)用的交互式客戶管理信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)整體解決方案,并以長(zhǎng)沙市某中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、采訪調(diào)查和會(huì)議調(diào)查等方式獲取了平臺(tái)的詳細(xì)需求,從而以該農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的涉農(nóng)貸款業(yè)務(wù)為實(shí)例進(jìn)行了平臺(tái)的原型開(kāi)發(fā)。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的微信公眾號(hào)“涉農(nóng)貸款”客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)以HTML5、CSS和PHP語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行前端開(kāi)發(fā),以MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)和管理,響應(yīng)快速、功能完善、使用簡(jiǎn)便,能滿足不同文化層次的用戶使用。系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中以UML建模技術(shù)根據(jù)需求分析進(jìn)行建模,主要包括四個(gè)模塊:應(yīng)用程序界面子系統(tǒng)、信息交互子系統(tǒng)、消息自動(dòng)回復(fù)子系統(tǒng)和后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)子系統(tǒng)。消息自動(dòng)回復(fù)子系統(tǒng)的功能在于根據(jù)粉絲發(fā)送過(guò)來(lái)的消息內(nèi)容,生成對(duì)應(yīng)的回復(fù)消息,回復(fù)的消息類(lèi)型多樣,但這些自動(dòng)回復(fù)的消息不是存儲(chǔ)在后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),而是已素材形式存儲(chǔ)在WEB服務(wù)器。應(yīng)用程序界面子系統(tǒng)主要提供各種場(chǎng)景的可視化交互頁(yè)面,包括微信公眾平臺(tái)主界面(主要包括平臺(tái)被關(guān)注自動(dòng)回復(fù)的圖文消息和自定義菜單)、平臺(tái)內(nèi)的一些功能頁(yè)面(如用戶個(gè)人主頁(yè)、申請(qǐng)還款延期頁(yè)面等)等。信息交互子系統(tǒng)的主要功能是收集平臺(tái)用戶(即粉絲)的各類(lèi)消息,隨之將消息以對(duì)應(yīng)XML數(shù)據(jù)格式封裝和解析,再經(jīng)由微信公眾平臺(tái)后臺(tái)開(kāi)放的各類(lèi)應(yīng)用接口進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互和調(diào)度,然后調(diào)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù),將結(jié)果反饋給用戶。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)子系統(tǒng)的功能在于存儲(chǔ)平臺(tái)重要數(shù)據(jù),如客戶個(gè)人基本信息、客戶欠款額度、客戶還款日期等。
[Abstract]:The "three rural issues" has been the relationship between China's economic progress and social stability. The agricultural loan is a help to the development of "three rural" policy of the government and financial institutions jointly launched, individual farmers and agricultural enterprises can alleviate the financial pressure to a great extent, promote the scale of agricultural industrialization. Development. However, because the infrastructure of rural informatization in China is relatively backward, leading to occlusion of the information, loan risk resisting ability shortage, causing frequent adverse agricultural credit phenomenon, so that banks are in the agricultural loan approval affairs more strict, careful, lead to the unreasonable allocation of funds for agricultural loans and lending is not timely, which in turn restrict the agricultural products of farmers economic benefits and repayment ability, so as to gradually make agricultural loans into a able to untie the knot. For the farmers in the process of agricultural loans and loan banks to achieve a win-win situation, and promote the sustainable development of agriculture related loans in this paper, in order to improve the Agricultural Bank of "agricultural loans" customer relationship management efficiency, strengthen the financial information push system efficiency and reduce management cost as the goal, put forward a public platform for the WeChat carrier is convenient, the whole platform interactive customer management information service practical solution, and to Changsha a Chinese Agricultural Bank as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, interview survey and survey and other ways to get the detailed requirements of the platform, to the Agricultural Bank of agricultural loans Business development platform prototype as an example. The interface subsystem mainly provides various kinds of visual scene interactive pages, including WeChat public platform (including the main interface platform is concerned the automatic reply message graphic and custom menu), some pages within the platform (such as user homepage for repayment extension page and so on). The main function is to collect the information exchange subsystem platform the user (the fans) of all kinds of news, along with the message to the corresponding XML data format and analytical package, through various application interface WeChat open public platform background data exchange and scheduling, and then call the database data, feedback the results to users. The database subsystem function is an important data storage platform, such as basic personal customers customer information, customer arrears amount, repayment date.
