【摘要】： 隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,基于計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)逐漸成為了各單位提高工作效率、管理水平,減少手工勞動(dòng)的一種重要途徑。目前電視廣告行業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好,廣告數(shù)量、種類急劇增加,迫切需要對(duì)廣告管理的規(guī)范化,特別是作為電視臺(tái)的廣告部,使用計(jì)算機(jī)完成廣告的管理成為必然。 本文以天津電視臺(tái)廣告部對(duì)廣告的編排、播出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)為背景,闡述了從業(yè)務(wù)流程到系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)過程,對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)涉及到的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了全面的分析,給出了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程采用軟件工程的方法,基于JAVAEE技術(shù)并使用B/S/S三層架構(gòu)模式。經(jīng)過認(rèn)真的需求分析,該系統(tǒng)集成了廣告播出、客戶信息、廣告段位設(shè)置、廣告編排、訂單管理和財(cái)務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等數(shù)據(jù)庫功能,適用于電視臺(tái)廣告的系統(tǒng)化管理。 目前該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在天津電視臺(tái)內(nèi)投入運(yùn)行,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果,且可在今后根據(jù)電視臺(tái)廣告編播管理和銷售的工作需要,進(jìn)一步拓展新的功能模塊。實(shí)踐證明,該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施有效地提高了天津電視臺(tái)的工作效率,促進(jìn)了廣告管理工作的規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the continuous development of information technology, the office automation system based on computer and network has gradually become the work efficiency and management level of each unit. An important way to reduce manual labor. At present, the television advertising industry is developing well, with a sharp increase in the number and variety of advertisements. There is an urgent need to standardize advertising management, especially as the advertising department of television stations. The use of computers to complete advertising management is inevitable. Based on the design and development of advertisement arrangement and broadcasting system in Tianjin TV advertising department, this paper expounds the design process from business process to system function module, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the technology involved in the system implementation. The realization method of the system is given. The development process of the system adopts the method of software engineering, based on JAVAEE technology and using B/S/S three-tier architecture mode. After careful demand analysis, the system integrates advertisement broadcast, customer information, advertisement field setting, advertisement arrangement, etc. Order management and financial statistics database functions, suitable for systematic management of television advertising. At present, the system has been put into operation in Tianjin TV Station, which has achieved the expected effect, and can further expand the new function module according to the needs of the management and sales of TV station advertisement editing and broadcasting in the future. The implementation of the system has effectively improved the efficiency of Tianjin TV station and promoted the standardization of advertising management.
