【摘要】：為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村,推進(jìn)農(nóng)村信息化建設(shè),山西移動(dòng)于2007年率先提出了農(nóng)村信息建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略方針。在全省28000個(gè)村莊,村村鋪設(shè)光纖、建立了農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站,為拓展移動(dòng)寬帶業(yè)務(wù)、提升企業(yè)品牌形象起到了積極的作用和意義。但在業(yè)務(wù)大發(fā)展的背后,我們也看到了伴隨業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)的管理和提升上的問(wèn)題,如終端設(shè)備的資產(chǎn)管理問(wèn)題、終端設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)維護(hù)問(wèn)題、用戶(hù)上網(wǎng)行為的監(jiān)控問(wèn)題、文化站業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理問(wèn)題、如何有效提高設(shè)備利用率的問(wèn)題等。 本課題針對(duì)山西農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站的IT管理現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題,提出建設(shè)統(tǒng)一的IT管理平臺(tái),借助此平臺(tái),充分利用現(xiàn)有用戶(hù)資源,進(jìn)行資源的有效整合,在目前提供基礎(chǔ)上網(wǎng)服務(wù)的同時(shí),完善對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站終端設(shè)備的管理、實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)終端設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)、安全服務(wù)、廣告服務(wù),達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的目的。 本文首先介紹了山西農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站IT管理平臺(tái)的項(xiàng)目背景,論文課題涉及范圍,以及平臺(tái)建設(shè)主要解決的問(wèn)題。研究和分析山西農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站在IT管理中存在的問(wèn)題,提出管理平臺(tái)的建設(shè)規(guī)劃和需求。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和框架進(jìn)行了研究。同時(shí)對(duì)涉及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括系統(tǒng)還原、基于WMI的系統(tǒng)信息收集、UDP內(nèi)網(wǎng)穿透技術(shù)和客戶(hù)端遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)助等技術(shù)進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明。再次,完成了對(duì)應(yīng)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器的部署和實(shí)施。同時(shí)完成了應(yīng)用服務(wù)軟件的功能設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并給出了部分實(shí)現(xiàn)效果圖。 該平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn),解決了困擾山西農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化站業(yè)務(wù)管理中的上門(mén)維修困難、資產(chǎn)管理困難、缺乏運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、缺乏安全管理等問(wèn)題,提高了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也取得了一定的社會(huì)效益。作為提供公共信息服務(wù)的場(chǎng)所,與文化站功能類(lèi)似的其他場(chǎng)合,如山西移動(dòng)“自由空間”連鎖網(wǎng)吧、其他學(xué)校機(jī)房等場(chǎng)所,也可以通過(guò)對(duì)該平臺(tái)適當(dāng)改造再加以應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to build a new socialist countryside and promote the construction of rural information, Shanxi Mobile took the lead in putting forward the strategic policy of rural information construction in 2007. 28000 villages and villages in the province have been laid optical fibers, and rural network cultural stations have been established. In order to expand the mobile broadband service and enhance the brand image of the enterprise, it has played a positive role and significance. But behind the great development of the business, we have also seen the problems of management and promotion brought about by the growth of the business. Such as terminal equipment asset management, terminal equipment basic maintenance problem, user online behavior monitoring problem, cultural station business operation and management problems, how to effectively improve the equipment utilization rate, and so on. Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of IT management in Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station, this paper proposes to build a unified IT management platform, with the help of which, we can make full use of existing user resources and carry out the effective integration of resources. At the same time, we should improve the management of the terminal equipment of the network culture station, realize the remote maintenance, security service and advertisement service of the terminal equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of business innovation, economic benefit and social benefit. This paper first introduces the background of the IT management platform of Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station, the scope of the thesis, and the main problems to be solved in the construction of the platform, and studies and analyzes the problems existing in the IT management of Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station. Secondly, through the design of the whole system, the design principles and framework of the system are studied. At the same time, several key technologies involved in the process of system design and implementation, including system restoration, are discussed. The system information collection technology based on WMI and client remote assistance technology are emphasized. Thirdly, the design of the corresponding system server platform is completed. The deployment and implementation of the system server is realized, and the function design of the application service software is completed, and the detailed design of each function module of the system is carried out, and the partial implementation effect diagram is given. The realization of the platform has solved the problems such as the difficulties of door-to-door maintenance, the difficulty of asset management, the lack of operation management, the lack of safety management and so on, which have troubled the business management of Shanxi rural network cultural station, and have improved the economic benefits of enterprises. It has also achieved certain social benefits. As a place to provide public information services, other occasions similar to the functions of cultural stations, such as Shanxi Mobile's "Free Space" chain Internet cafes, other school computer rooms, and so on, It can also be reapplied through proper modification of the platform.
