【摘要】： 本文作者關(guān)注到跨國/跨地區(qū)差旅人員在異地由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)制式、服務(wù)成本的原因帶來的一系列通信問題,以及希望有便捷的手段能幫其了解本地文化、交通、購物、娛樂等資訊,從而為其在異地的溝通、生活、工作提供綜合信息解決方案的強(qiáng)烈需求。并發(fā)現(xiàn)這些需求與酒店在管理能力和服務(wù)水平提高方面的需求,以及政府在對流動(dòng)人口管控與安全應(yīng)急指揮方面的需求具有相同的問題背景。 通過對智能MVPN(移動(dòng)虛擬網(wǎng))技術(shù)的研究,提出了通過該技術(shù)來構(gòu)建酒店移動(dòng)分機(jī)系統(tǒng),把傳統(tǒng)的酒店分機(jī)由固話平臺轉(zhuǎn)移到移動(dòng)通信平臺上來,并對所有協(xié)議酒店的移動(dòng)分機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集中管理、統(tǒng)一經(jīng)營。 為了有效整合資源,最大限度地把握酒店分機(jī)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營商機(jī),作者設(shè)計(jì)了一套完整的商業(yè)模式,巧妙地照顧到了各方利益,并有效地控制了整個(gè)價(jià)值鏈。 為了確保價(jià)值鏈的控制并解決業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵資源,作者大膽地提出了免費(fèi)為酒店改造平臺并免費(fèi)為酒店客房提供手機(jī)的運(yùn)作思路,創(chuàng)造性地對平臺進(jìn)行延伸,從而打造了一個(gè)集通信服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)和傳媒服務(wù)于一體的綜合平臺。平臺的建設(shè)者和經(jīng)營者自然成為整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)的統(tǒng)一虛擬運(yùn)營商。 在商業(yè)模式方面,虛擬運(yùn)營商通過戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系捆綁移動(dòng)通信運(yùn)營商,為住店客戶提供本地免費(fèi)接聽服務(wù)和廉價(jià)主叫服務(wù),并與酒店對新增的通話費(fèi)用進(jìn)行分成;虛擬運(yùn)營商構(gòu)建WAP/WEB/IVR/SMS等多種服務(wù)平臺,引入信息服務(wù)商(ISP)和服務(wù)加盟機(jī)構(gòu),為住店客戶提供信息增值服務(wù)和電子商務(wù)服務(wù),并與這些服務(wù)提供商進(jìn)行收入分成,或向這些服務(wù)商收取加盟費(fèi);同時(shí)由于這個(gè)平臺集合了最具價(jià)值的受眾,虛擬運(yùn)營商可以通過平臺為企業(yè)提供精準(zhǔn)的廣告服務(wù),獲得廣告收益。另外,平臺為政府和酒店搭建了一個(gè)與住店者的信息通信渠道,為政府應(yīng)急指揮和酒店服務(wù)關(guān)愛等提供全面支撐,確保項(xiàng)目能得到政府和酒店的積極支持。 本論文還對項(xiàng)目與各方的合作方案、市場營銷方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述,并對項(xiàng)目的投資和收益進(jìn)行了深入分析。
[Abstract]:The author is concerned about a series of communication problems caused by the network system and service cost of transnational / cross-regional travelers, and hopes that convenient means can be found to help them understand local culture, transportation, shopping, entertainment and so on. To provide comprehensive information solutions for their communication, life and work in other places, and to discover these needs and the hotel's need for improved management and service standards, And the government's demand for mobile population control and security emergency command has the same background. Based on the research of the intelligent MVPN (Mobile Virtual Network) technology, this paper proposes to construct the hotel mobile extension system through this technology, and transfer the traditional hotel extension from the fixed telephone platform to the mobile communication platform. And all the agreement hotel mobile extension system centralized management, unified management. In order to effectively integrate resources and grasp the business opportunities of the hotel extension system to the maximum extent, the author designs a set of complete business model, which skillfully takes into account the interests of all parties and effectively controls the whole value chain. In order to ensure the control of the value chain and solve the key resources of business development, the author boldly puts forward the idea of providing free mobile phone for hotel renovation and guest rooms, and creatively extends the platform. Thus, a comprehensive platform integrating communication service, information service and media service is built. The builder and operator of the platform naturally become the unified virtual operator of the whole business. In terms of business model, virtual operators bundle mobile operators through strategic partnerships to provide local free service and cheap call service to residents, and share the additional call charges with hotels; Virtual operators build WAP/WEB/IVR/SMS and other service platforms, introduce information service providers (ISPs) and service affiliates to provide information value-added services and e-commerce services for residential customers, and share revenue with these service providers. Or charge these service providers a royalty, and because the platform brings together the most valuable audience, virtual operators can use the platform to provide accurate advertising services for businesses to earn advertising revenue. The platform provides an information and communication channel for the government and hotel residents, provides comprehensive support for government emergency command and hotel service care, and ensures that the project can be actively supported by the government and the hotel. This paper also discusses the cooperation scheme and marketing scheme of the project and the investment and income of the project in detail.
