【摘要】：手機(jī)智能搜索軟件是幫助用戶(hù)更便捷的使用手機(jī)中存儲(chǔ)的聯(lián)系人、本機(jī)功能和文件等服務(wù)的應(yīng)用軟件。 目前,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷建設(shè),手機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件的提供商越來(lái)越多。蘋(píng)果公司為我們提供的APP store模式更是為運(yùn)營(yíng)商、手機(jī)品牌廠商提供了很好的商務(wù)模式,使提供應(yīng)用軟件的提供商已經(jīng)不限于企業(yè),很多開(kāi)發(fā)者直接成為眾多應(yīng)用的直接提供者,直接放到了各種應(yīng)用商城中。未來(lái)應(yīng)用軟件將得到蓬勃的發(fā)展,可以給廣大用戶(hù)提供非常豐富的應(yīng)用。如IPhone的廣告中所說(shuō),8萬(wàn)個(gè)應(yīng)用。雖然應(yīng)用越來(lái)越多,用戶(hù)如何找到所需要的應(yīng)用軟件?當(dāng)本機(jī)的應(yīng)用過(guò)多時(shí),即使使用IPhone,也要翻屏才能找到所需要的應(yīng)用。如何幫助用戶(hù)快速調(diào)用本機(jī)功能,準(zhǔn)確找到想要的聯(lián)系人和文件? 手機(jī)智能搜索軟件將是手機(jī)軟件的重要組成部分,將會(huì)逐步預(yù)裝到非智能手機(jī)、智能手機(jī)中,并且通過(guò)在線(xiàn)下載版本,讓Symbian、WM等手機(jī)用戶(hù)受益。手機(jī)智能搜索軟件提升手機(jī)軟件的易用性可以更好地滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)使用手機(jī)的需求、提高手機(jī)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。手機(jī)智能搜索軟件的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,解決用戶(hù)快速調(diào)用本機(jī)功能的入口和易理解、易學(xué)習(xí)、易操作的查找方法。設(shè)計(jì)依靠的是對(duì)其易用性的研究,通過(guò)對(duì)多個(gè)易用性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究確定了提升手機(jī)智能搜索軟件易用性所要遵照的指標(biāo),并以此設(shè)計(jì)出它的測(cè)試用例。通過(guò)軟件的設(shè)計(jì),使易用性度量在其中得到了應(yīng)用,并得到大量相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)這些經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以使易用性度量更好的應(yīng)用到其他軟件的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,使他們同樣可以得到易用性方面的改進(jìn),增加滿(mǎn)意度,提升產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 手機(jī)智能搜索軟件目前已經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了多個(gè)平臺(tái)、不同手機(jī)方案(物理9鍵盤(pán)、全鍵盤(pán)、觸屏)的產(chǎn)品化,軟件在易用性、穩(wěn)定性均有所提高。本論文主要的工作為：研究并建立了手機(jī)智能搜索軟件易用性測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系及其測(cè)評(píng)方法。根據(jù)測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)和測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果實(shí)現(xiàn)了手機(jī)智能搜索軟件,為金立等幾十家手機(jī)廠商提供了該產(chǎn)品,使其手機(jī)的易用性得到很大提高,增加了用戶(hù)和手機(jī)之間的粘性,也為手機(jī)廠商創(chuàng)造了賣(mài)點(diǎn),使得裝有智能搜索的軟件得以熱賣(mài),擴(kuò)大收益。
[Abstract]:Mobile smart search software is an application software that helps users to use the contacts, local functions and files stored in the mobile phone more conveniently. At present, with the popularization of domestic 3G network and the continuous construction of the Internet of things, there are more and more providers of mobile phone application software. The APP store model provided by Apple for us is also a good business model for operators and mobile phone brand manufacturers. So that the provider of application software is no longer limited to enterprises, many developers directly become the direct provider of many applications, directly into the various application malls. Mobile smart search software will be an important part of mobile phone software, will be gradually pre-installed into non-smart phones, smartphones, and through the online download version, Mobile phone smart search software improves the ease of use of mobile phone software and can better meet customer demand for mobile phone use and enhance the competitiveness of mobile phone products. The innovation of mobile phone smart search software lies in its innovation. To solve the user's quick access to the function and easy to understand, easy to learn, easy to operate the search method. Through the research of several usability standards, the indexes to be followed in improving the ease of use of mobile phone intelligent search software are determined, and its test cases are designed. Through the design of software, the usability metrics are applied in them. And get a lot of relevant experience, summing up these experiences, we can make usability metrics better applied to other software product design, so that they can also get ease of use improvement, increase satisfaction, enhance product competitiveness. Mobile phone smart search software has been designed and implemented multiple platforms, different mobile phone solutions (physical 9 keyboard, full keyboard, touch screen) production, the software is easy to use, The main work of this paper is to study and establish the evaluation index system of mobile phone intelligent search software usability and its evaluation method. According to the evaluation index and evaluation results, the mobile phone intelligent search software is realized. Dozens of mobile phone manufacturers, such as Jin Li, have been provided with this product, which has greatly improved the ease of use of their mobile phones, increased the stickiness between users and mobile phones, and created selling points for mobile phone manufacturers, so that software equipped with intelligent search can be sold.
