【摘要】:如何針對這些各種形式和類型的廣告執(zhí)行有效管理操作是目前當(dāng)下很多廣告公司需要完善的重要研究內(nèi)容。廣告能夠以千變?nèi)f化的眾多形態(tài)與變化萬千的豐富內(nèi)容吸引廣大客戶群體的持續(xù)性關(guān)注,同時也能夠日漸改變?nèi)藗內(nèi)粘I畛R姺绞。在日新月異的廣告市場中,針對廣告制作和策劃過程,需要有效的廣告業(yè)務(wù)管理和實時廣告動態(tài)信息管理系統(tǒng)來進行廣告實時優(yōu)化工作。廣告產(chǎn)品的營銷人員也希望快捷方便地獲悉廣告銷售的具體實時情況。作為廣告公司的管理層也更加需要實時熟悉、組織和管理公司廣告資源,才能夠保證公司資源利益最大化與使用高效率,從而保障公司的自身利益。廣告公司能夠針對廣告進行準(zhǔn)確安排,再輔佐性能良好的廣告管理系統(tǒng),融入團隊營銷策略就能完成各種各樣具體的廣告銷售方案。因此,廣告業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在市場需要下適時地產(chǎn)生出現(xiàn)。依據(jù)軟件工程的規(guī)范針對系統(tǒng)進行需求分析過程,應(yīng)用Java EE系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行相關(guān)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計工作,設(shè)計了管理員系統(tǒng)、廣告管理系統(tǒng)和客戶管理系統(tǒng)。管理員系統(tǒng)包括部門管理、角色管理、人員管理、字典維護,廣告管理系統(tǒng)包括廣告位管理和廣告管理,客戶管理系統(tǒng)包括酒店客戶管理和廣告客戶管理。本文設(shè)計實現(xiàn)的基于Java EE系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的廣告業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)自身需求設(shè)計了后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了廣告申請至廣告制作等對應(yīng)流程的功能模塊。本系統(tǒng)主要針對實際廣告業(yè)務(wù)流程進行分析,并且把分析成果進行實例化,在分析過程中不斷深入且簡化廣告業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高工作人員效率。安全體系結(jié)構(gòu)包括多層次安全措施和全面的安全管理策略,本文針對系統(tǒng)安全方面應(yīng)用CA認(rèn)證體系、數(shù)據(jù)加密和用戶權(quán)限控制方法進行系統(tǒng)安全體系設(shè)計。本廣告管理平臺系統(tǒng)能夠針對各個功能模塊進行功能測試和壓力測試,本系統(tǒng)都能夠完成系統(tǒng)功能需求并實現(xiàn)設(shè)計目標(biāo)。使用UML統(tǒng)一建模語言設(shè)計系統(tǒng)模塊及功能時,會把每個功能數(shù)據(jù)類型進行確認(rèn),這樣對于后期開發(fā)廣告業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)可以簡化流程、節(jié)約時間、提高效率。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)測試及數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,本廣告管理平臺通過制定商戶廣告投放形式和客戶管理規(guī)則,通過基本應(yīng)用可以簡化廣告業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高工作人員效率。
