【摘要】：近些年來(lái),隨著數(shù)字電視的不斷普及,廣播電視節(jié)目變得越來(lái)越多元化。對(duì)于廣播電視節(jié)目的監(jiān)管也變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,對(duì)于監(jiān)管人員的要求變得越來(lái)越高。為了解決這一難題,不少?gòu)V播電視監(jiān)管部門(mén)開(kāi)發(fā)了廣播電視節(jié)目監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)來(lái)輔助當(dāng)?shù)乇O(jiān)管人員的工作。由于各地情況不同,引進(jìn)系統(tǒng)無(wú)法使用,因此本文根據(jù)遼寧廣播電視節(jié)目的特點(diǎn),使用Java Web技術(shù)和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)遼寧省廣播電視節(jié)目監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。本文首先針對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)這一系統(tǒng)的必要性進(jìn)行了分析。接著簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本文所用相關(guān)技術(shù)。在設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)方面,本文首先針對(duì)遼寧省廣播電視節(jié)目監(jiān)管的需求進(jìn)行了分析。以用例圖的方式描述了系統(tǒng)的基本功能。接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),將系統(tǒng)的功能分為用戶功能和管理員功能。然后針對(duì)用戶功能和管理員功能中每個(gè)子功能對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),給出了每個(gè)子功能的流程圖,并介紹了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。最終,使用Java語(yǔ)言對(duì)本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),最終開(kāi)發(fā)出遼寧省廣播電視節(jié)目監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括:用戶和管理員的注冊(cè)和登錄,個(gè)人信息修改,節(jié)目串播監(jiān)測(cè),新聞內(nèi)容監(jiān)測(cè),節(jié)目對(duì)比監(jiān)測(cè),廣告監(jiān)測(cè),設(shè)備管理,用戶信息管理,頻道管理,日志管理,文件管理和異常管理。其中節(jié)目串播監(jiān)測(cè),新聞內(nèi)容監(jiān)測(cè),節(jié)目對(duì)比監(jiān)測(cè)和廣告監(jiān)測(cè)是本文開(kāi)發(fā)的重點(diǎn),在這些功能中,本文使用了廣播電視監(jiān)管技術(shù)來(lái)自動(dòng)識(shí)別,自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)目和廣告,以簡(jiǎn)化監(jiān)管人員的操作。經(jīng)實(shí)際測(cè)試,本系統(tǒng)功能完備,系統(tǒng)界面友好,使用簡(jiǎn)單方便,簡(jiǎn)化了廣播電視監(jiān)管人員的工作,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing popularity of digital television, radio and television programs have become more and more diversified, the regulation of radio and television programs has become more and more complex, and the requirements of regulators have become higher and higher. In order to solve this problem, Many radio and television regulatory authorities have developed a radio and television program supervision system to assist local supervisors in their work. Because of the different conditions in various places, the introduction system cannot be used. Therefore, according to the characteristics of radio and television programs in Liaoning, A radio and television program supervision system in Liaoning Province is designed and implemented by using Java Web technology and B / S structure. Firstly, the necessity of developing this system is analyzed in this paper, and then the related technologies used in this paper are briefly introduced. In the design of systems, In this paper, the requirements of radio and television program supervision in Liaoning Province are analyzed, and the basic functions of the system are described by use case diagram. Then, the overall design of the system is carried out. The functions of the system are divided into user function and administrator function. Then the system is designed in detail for each sub-function of user function and administrator function, and the flow chart of each sub-function is given. The database design of the system is introduced. Finally, the system is developed by using Java language, and the monitoring system of radio and television programs in Liaoning Province is developed. The main functions of the system include: registration and login of users and administrators, Personal information modification, program crosstalk monitoring, news content monitoring, program contrast monitoring, advertising monitoring, equipment management, user information management, channel management, log management, file management and anomaly management. News content monitoring, program contrast monitoring and advertising monitoring are the key points of this paper. In these functions, this paper uses radio and television supervision technology to automatically identify, monitor programs and advertisements. In order to simplify the operation of the supervisor, the system has the advantages of complete function, friendly interface, simple and convenient use, and simplifies the work of the supervisor of radio and television. It has strong practical value.
