【摘要】：我國鐵路經(jīng)過6次大提速后,硬件設(shè)施水平得到了大幅提升,但與之配套的旅客信息服務(wù)體系卻相對滯后。目前絕大多數(shù)鐵路列車上的媒體終端是單向播發(fā)系統(tǒng),且基本上為平面雜志的形式,因而乘客在無聊的旅行過程中只能睡覺或看書。根據(jù)列車客服水平相對較低的現(xiàn)狀,以及2011年盛光祖講話時(shí)提出的“服務(wù)是鐵路的本質(zhì)屬性”觀點(diǎn),研究和開發(fā)一套具有交互式功能,同時(shí)適合鐵路列車的車載移動信息服務(wù)平臺迫在眉睫。 本課題針對鐵路旅客信息服務(wù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了集“管理、服務(wù)、監(jiān)控、娛樂”四大功能于一體的列車車載移動信息服務(wù)平臺,同時(shí)在該平臺的基礎(chǔ)上增添了Helper工具并實(shí)現(xiàn)了訂餐功能。 本文運(yùn)用調(diào)查法對車載移動信息服務(wù)進(jìn)行需求分析,詳細(xì)的分析了客運(yùn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、客運(yùn)主管部門管理系統(tǒng)、休閑娛樂管理系統(tǒng)和平臺管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求,設(shè)計(jì)了平臺的應(yīng)用功能主要包括列車點(diǎn)餐、視頻點(diǎn)播、音樂點(diǎn)播、電子書、新聞發(fā)布、廣告發(fā)布、列車時(shí)刻表、整晚點(diǎn)信息發(fā)布、游戲、監(jiān)控等。運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析法和功能分析法,開發(fā)了車載移動信息服務(wù)平臺,主要包括總體設(shè)計(jì)、硬件布局、軟件構(gòu)架、軟件功能、運(yùn)營管理模式、平臺技術(shù)路線、平臺性能、應(yīng)用平臺功能和界面設(shè)計(jì)。針對平臺后期對應(yīng)用軟件功能的維護(hù),運(yùn)用探索性研究法,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了公用方法調(diào)用可視化工具Helper和便于外部引入該工具包的接口API,增強(qiáng)了平臺自身的可維護(hù)性。在車載信息服務(wù)平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇平臺應(yīng)用案例中點(diǎn)餐功能進(jìn)行研究和開發(fā)。在客戶端和服務(wù)器端功能分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用個案研究法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Android的列車訂餐系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:After six speed increases, the level of hardware facilities has been greatly improved, but the corresponding passenger information service system has lagged behind. At present, most media terminals on railway trains are one-way broadcasting systems. And basically in the form of print magazines, so passengers can only sleep or read during a boring trip. According to the relatively low level of passenger service on the train, In 2011, Sheng Guangzu put forward the viewpoint that "service is the essential attribute of railway". It is urgent to research and develop a set of mobile information service platform which has interactive function and is suitable for railway train at the same time. Aiming at the demand of railway passenger information service, this paper designs a train on-board mobile information service platform with the functions of "management, service, monitoring and entertainment". At the same time, on the basis of the platform added Helper tools and achieve the function of ordering meals. In this paper, the requirements of on-board mobile information service are analyzed by using the method of investigation, and the functional requirements of passenger transport service system, passenger transport management department management system, leisure and entertainment management system and platform management system are analyzed in detail. The application functions of the platform mainly include train ordering, video on demand, music on demand, e-book, news release, advertisement release, train timetable, whole delay information release, game, etc. System analysis and function analysis are used to develop the mobile information service platform, which includes general design, hardware layout, software architecture, software function, operation management mode, platform technical route, platform performance, etc. Application platform function and interface design. Aiming at the maintenance of the application software function in the later stage of the platform, the exploratory research method is used. This paper designs and implements the common method call visualization tool Helper and the interface API, which is convenient for the external introduction of the toolkit, which enhances the maintainability of the platform itself. On the basis of the analysis of client and server functions, the train ordering system based on Android is realized by case study.
