【摘要】：行業(yè)道德,作為一種沒有固定條目的規(guī)范意識形態(tài),是行業(yè)內(nèi)人們自律與他律的基礎,它規(guī)范著行業(yè)內(nèi)的行為準則。行業(yè)道德時刻彰顯著社會經(jīng)濟活動與日常生活中的正面的價值取向,主要起判斷人們的經(jīng)濟活動和社會現(xiàn)象的正當與否。它不僅由當前的社會經(jīng)濟活動和現(xiàn)時代的文化背景所決定,也相對應的作用于相關的社會經(jīng)濟活動,對社會的經(jīng)濟活動具有重要的指導作用。從1978年以后,中國的住房制度發(fā)生了根本性的變化,開始沿著住房商品化的道路發(fā)展。“九五”期間,我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)已經(jīng)躍居成為影響國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),并活躍了相應的建材市場,期間鋼材、水泥、家電等相關行業(yè)也得到了快速的發(fā)展。隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、城市化進程的加快和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的興盛,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)也備受大家關注。由于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展過快,部分地區(qū)開發(fā)力度過大,土地購置和開發(fā)面積大幅度增加,建設規(guī)模不斷擴大,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)已經(jīng)大大超出了當前我國國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展水平和正常的社會生活需求,不少地區(qū)出現(xiàn)了房地產(chǎn)持續(xù)過熱的現(xiàn)象。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)在短短的十年的發(fā)展過程中,雖然在經(jīng)濟L得到了長足的發(fā)展,人類的住房條件也發(fā)生了很大的變化,這些物質(zhì)生活的進步,給人類的生活帶來了極大的便利。但是房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的道德失范現(xiàn)象日益嚴重,這些問題不但影響著人們的經(jīng)濟活動,也嚴重影響了當下的社會風氣。這就需要房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)具有良好的信譽,樹立正確的道德價值觀念,才能得到長足的發(fā)展。然而,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)表現(xiàn)出的誠信缺失,用虛假廣告誘導消費者,甚至不惜用欺詐消費者的方法來實現(xiàn)銷售額上升的目的；責任感缺失,不顧及百姓的利益,不斷出現(xiàn)設計不合理,質(zhì)量不過關,交付使用不合格等問題。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的相關從業(yè)人員立場飄忽不定,見利志義,不能將服務群眾作為自己的道德要求。因此,我們必須要加強房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的道德建設,樹立正確的道德價值取向,也只有房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的道德水平不斷提高,才能更好的為老百姓服務,才能提高企業(yè)的社會責任感,做到誠信地產(chǎn),責任地產(chǎn),老百姓住上環(huán)境舒適、質(zhì)量可靠的房子。 本文對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的問題從道德的方向做了闡述,文章的第一部分是對當前我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)道德失范的表現(xiàn),從存在的問題、失范的危害角度分析；第二部分是房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)道德失范的原因,從道德火范的經(jīng)濟原因、制度原因及自身原因進行闡述；第三部分是房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)道德失范的對策,主要的思路是從應堅持持基本原則和建設途徑兩個方面來考慮。
[Abstract]:Industry morality, as a normative ideology without fixed items, is the basis of self-discipline and heteronomy in the industry. It regulates the code of conduct in the industry. The ethics of the industry always show the positive value orientation of social and economic activities and daily life. It mainly determines whether people's economic activities and social phenomena are justified. It is determined not only by the current social and economic activities and the cultural background of the present era, but also by their corresponding roles in the relevant social and economic activities. It plays an important guiding role in social economic activities. Since 1978, China's housing system has undergone fundamental changes and began to develop along the road of housing commercialization. China's real estate industry has leapt to become the pillar industry affecting the national economy, and has activated the corresponding building materials market. During this period, steel, cement, household appliances and other related industries have also been rapidly developed. With the development of China's social economy, With the acceleration of urbanization and the prosperity of the real estate industry, the real estate industry has also attracted much attention. Due to the rapid development of the real estate industry, the development of some regions is too strong, and the land acquisition and development area has increased substantially. With the continuous expansion of the construction scale, the real estate industry has greatly exceeded the current level of development of the national economy and the normal social needs of our country. In many areas, real estate continues to overheat. In the course of the development of the real estate industry in a short period of 10 years, although the economy L has made considerable progress, the housing conditions of human beings have also undergone great changes. These advances in material life have brought great convenience to human life. However, the phenomenon of moral anomie in the real estate industry is becoming increasingly serious, and these problems not only affect people's economic activities, It also seriously affects the current social atmosphere. This requires the real estate industry to have a good reputation, to establish the correct moral values, in order to get considerable development. However, the real estate industry shows a lack of integrity. Using false advertising to induce consumers, or even to cheat consumers to achieve the purpose of increasing sales; lack of responsibility, regardless of the interests of the people, continue to appear unreasonable design, poor quality, The position of the relevant practitioners in the real estate industry is erratic, so they cannot regard serving the masses as their own moral requirements. Therefore, we must strengthen the moral construction of the real estate industry. To set up the correct moral value orientation, only when the moral level of the real estate industry is continuously improved, can we better serve the common people, enhance the social responsibility of enterprises, do the honest real estate, the responsible real estate, the common people living in a comfortable environment, A house of reliable quality. The first part of the article is about the performance of the present moral anomie of the real estate industry in our country and the analysis of the existing problems and the harm of the anomie. The second part is the real estate industry moral anomie reasons, from the moral fire economic reasons, system reasons and their own reasons to elaborate; the third part is the real estate industry moral anomie countermeasures, The main thinking is to adhere to the basic principles and construction approach to consider two aspects.
