【摘要】： 城管執(zhí)法(卷宗)管理系統(tǒng)就是政府的城市管理通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或局域網(wǎng)進行,實現(xiàn)政務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理。系統(tǒng)整合南通市所有街道、社區(qū)及城管人員基礎(chǔ)信息,包括執(zhí)法責任制臺帳、戶外廣告臺帳、門前三包臺帳等19個臺帳,初步實現(xiàn)城管系統(tǒng)執(zhí)法資料、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)、人員信息的電子化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一完整和實時更新,通過系統(tǒng)直觀地體現(xiàn)各類違法形態(tài)的整體分布情況,便于統(tǒng)一調(diào)度、分配工作、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,同時實現(xiàn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的共享。 本文主要介紹了基于.NET技術(shù)和Ajax技術(shù)的城管執(zhí)法(卷宗)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和開發(fā)的全部過程。全文共分為緒論、相關(guān)技術(shù)及平臺的分析介紹、系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)、測試、結(jié)論六部分。緒論中主要介紹開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的目的;相關(guān)技術(shù)及平臺的分析介紹了系統(tǒng)所需的技術(shù);系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計介紹了系統(tǒng)的目標和總體需求;系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)模塊的部分設(shè)計;結(jié)論部分進行了總結(jié)和展望。 本系統(tǒng)初步在南通市城管局城管執(zhí)法過程中進行了運用,大大提高了工作效率。這種城管執(zhí)法(卷宗)管理系統(tǒng)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Urban management law enforcement (file) management system is the government's urban management through the Internet or local area networks to achieve the networked management of government affairs. The system integrates all the streets, communities and urban management personnel basic information in Nantong. Including the law enforcement responsibility account, the outdoor advertising account, the three packages in front of the door and other 19 accounts, the preliminary implementation of the urban management system law enforcement information, business data, personnel information electronic and network management, to achieve the integrity of the data and real-time updating, The whole distribution of all kinds of illegal forms is reflected directly and systematically, which is convenient for unified scheduling, assignment of work, statistical analysis of data, and the sharing of related data at the same time. This paper mainly introduces the whole process of design and development of urban management law enforcement (file) management system based on. Net technology and Ajax technology. The introduction mainly introduces the purpose of developing the system; the analysis of related technology and platform introduces the technology needed by the system; the overall design of the system introduces the goal and the overall demand of the system; The design and implementation of the system function module introduces the design of the database, the part of the system module design, the conclusion part is summarized and prospected. The system has been applied in the process of Nantong City Administration Bureau's urban management law enforcement, and has greatly improved the working efficiency. This kind of urban management law enforcement (file) management system has a wide application prospect.
