【摘要】：土山灣孤兒工藝院的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展在中西交流史、工藝美術(shù)史、近代教育史中均是重要一筆。而以日本、法國(guó)藏土山灣黃楊木雕作品"世間百態(tài)"為切入點(diǎn)的解讀置時(shí)空背景于百余年前的晚清民初。在特定的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化環(huán)境中,此創(chuàng)作是結(jié)合東西方技術(shù)、藝術(shù)、美學(xué),與西方審美碰撞的產(chǎn)物。于是,伴隨19世紀(jì)中葉基督教在中國(guó)的再次傳教,以此作品為媒介,還原一條東西方之間以工藝美術(shù)品、書籍、圖像為媒介的文化、藝術(shù)、宗教交流之路。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of Tushanwan Orphan Technology Institute are important in the history of communication between China and the West, the history of arts and crafts, and the history of modern education. The interpretation of the woodcarving of Poplar in Tushanwan, Japan and France, as a breakthrough point, set a time and space background in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China more than 100 years ago. In a particular political, economic and cultural environment, this creation is a combination of eastern and western technology, art, aesthetics, and Western aesthetic collision. As a result, Christianity again preached in China in the middle of the 19th century, using this work as a medium to restore a way of cultural, artistic and religious exchanges between the East and the West, with arts and crafts, books and images as the medium.
