【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)解體后,俄聯(lián)邦語言法明確指出,國家鼓勵(lì)雙語制或多語制。蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期"義務(wù)國語制""第二民族語"及"民族語—俄語雙語制"均已失效,面臨解體初期民族主義高漲所致的"語言國有化"浪潮,迫于形勢,俄聯(lián)邦語言法和憲法規(guī)定,各共和國有權(quán)確定本共和國國語。俄聯(lián)邦成立初期,政府交替,政局不穩(wěn)以及國家語言策略的轉(zhuǎn)變,面臨這種形勢,國家將采用什么電影主題激發(fā)國民投身國家建設(shè)和推動國家迅速成長?
[Abstract]:After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Russian Federal language Law made it clear that the state encouraged bilingual or multilingual systems. In the Soviet period, "compulsory national language", "second national language" and "ethnic language-Russian bilingual system" were invalid. In the face of the wave of "language nationalization" caused by the upsurge of nationalism in the early days of disintegration, under the circumstances, the Russian federal language law and constitution stipulated that the republics had the right to determine the national language of the Republic. In the early days of the founding of the Russian Federation, the government was alternated, the political situation was unstable, and the language strategy of the country changed. In the face of this situation, what film theme will the state use to stimulate the people to join in the construction of the country and promote the rapid growth of the country?
