【摘要】：自2010年國(guó)家新聞出版廣電總局頒發(fā)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)紀(jì)錄片產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的若干意見(jiàn)》以來(lái),我國(guó)紀(jì)錄片產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,在影片的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量以及制播主體等方面皆有不小的進(jìn)步。但由于歷史原因,中國(guó)紀(jì)錄片長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)受西方主流紀(jì)錄片評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的影響,在一定時(shí)期內(nèi),這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為我國(guó)紀(jì)錄片行業(yè)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步提供了借鑒的土壤和平臺(tái)。我們也應(yīng)該清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)到,紀(jì)錄片所包含著天然的文化性和民族性,使得完全依照西方主流紀(jì)錄片評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)國(guó)產(chǎn)紀(jì)錄片,無(wú)異于“削足適履”。中國(guó)(廣州)國(guó)際紀(jì)錄片節(jié)是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一具備紀(jì)錄片投融資、交易功能的國(guó)家級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)紀(jì)錄片節(jié)展,也在近幾年成長(zhǎng)為亞洲地區(qū)規(guī)模最大的專(zhuān)業(yè)紀(jì)錄片節(jié)展,在節(jié)展評(píng)優(yōu)過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)的中國(guó)式的紀(jì)錄片價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)體系正在形成,這種評(píng)價(jià)體系的核心就體現(xiàn)在紀(jì)錄片的題材上面�；趯�(duì)近三年里(2014-2016年)中國(guó)(廣州)國(guó)際紀(jì)錄片節(jié)終評(píng)入圍影片的題材進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)、分析和研究,理清現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀紀(jì)錄片題材選擇的類(lèi)型和特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)影片評(píng)審的結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,總結(jié)出節(jié)展的評(píng)優(yōu)環(huán)節(jié)中具有中國(guó)特色的題材價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):主流價(jià)值觀的多元化表達(dá)、普遍性與民族性的統(tǒng)一、人文精神的故事化體現(xiàn)。最后從各級(jí)電視臺(tái)、民營(yíng)文化公司以及獨(dú)立制片人等紀(jì)錄片制作機(jī)構(gòu)的視角出發(fā)針對(duì)中國(guó)紀(jì)錄片題材發(fā)展提出以下建議:紀(jì)錄片的美學(xué)屬性和主流價(jià)值觀的傳播并不矛盾,增強(qiáng)紀(jì)錄片題材的多樣化和國(guó)際傳播力需要國(guó)家層面的大力扶持和引導(dǎo);加強(qiáng)國(guó)際視角,積極參與國(guó)際合作的同時(shí)需要注意民族文化和人文內(nèi)涵才是國(guó)產(chǎn)紀(jì)錄片的核心價(jià)值,社會(huì)力量需要以創(chuàng)新和開(kāi)放來(lái)開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng),發(fā)掘潛能。
[Abstract]:Since the State Administration of Press, publication, Radio, Film and Television issued some opinions on promoting the Development of documentary Industry in 2010, the documentary industry in China has developed rapidly, and has made great progress in the quantity, quality and main body of film production and broadcasting. However, due to historical reasons, Chinese documentaries have been influenced by the evaluation standards of mainstream documentaries in the West for a long time. In a certain period of time, these standards provide a reference soil and platform for the development and progress of China's documentary industry. We should also clearly realize that documentaries contain natural culture and nationality, so that the evaluation of domestic documentaries according to the evaluation criteria of mainstream documentaries in the West is tantamount to "cutting their feet". China (Guangzhou) International documentary Festival is the only national professional documentary festival with documentary investment and financing and trading function in China, and has also grown into the largest professional documentary festival in Asia in recent years. The value evaluation system of Chinese documentary, which is embodied in the process of festival evaluation, is taking shape, and the core of this evaluation system is reflected in the subject matter of documentary. Based on the classification, analysis and research of the subjects of the finalists of China (Guangzhou) International documentary Festival in the past three years (2014-2016), this paper clarifies the types and characteristics of the choice of outstanding documentary themes at home and abroad at the present stage. According to the result guidance of film evaluation, this paper summarizes the evaluation criteria of theme value with Chinese characteristics in the evaluation link of festival exhibition: the pluralistic expression of mainstream values, the unity of universality and nationality, and the storytelling embodiment of humanistic spirit. Finally, from the perspective of TV stations at all levels, private cultural companies and independent producers, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of documentary themes in China: the aesthetic attributes of documentaries and the dissemination of mainstream values are not contradictory. Strengthening the diversification of documentary themes and international communication requires strong support and guidance at the national level. Strengthening the international perspective and actively participating in international cooperation at the same time, we should pay attention to the national culture and humanistic connotation is the core value of domestic documentaries, social forces need to innovate and open up the market and explore their potential.
