青春文化與社會變遷——21世紀以來青春職場劇的流行與文化反思

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代性文化中,生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域一直是隱而不彰的黑洞,反而家庭、酒店、咖啡館、購物廣場等消費場所成為文化表現(xiàn)的主導(dǎo)空間。后工業(yè)時代的職場故事把白領(lǐng)從消費主義空間中"拯救"出來,還原其作為生產(chǎn)者的身份。職場劇一方面大膽地暴露白領(lǐng)工作的生產(chǎn)場所,另一方面又遮蔽被轉(zhuǎn)移到別處的藍領(lǐng)工人及工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的空間。21世紀以來白領(lǐng)職場劇的流行說明個人成功的美國夢已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕ぷ鞯闹挟a(chǎn)夢,那種渴望建功立業(yè)的個人主義英雄化身為按部就班、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的好員工,這本身印證中國社會從20世紀90年代的自由競爭越來越走向高度壟斷的市場經(jīng)濟的過程。
[Abstract]:In modern culture, the field of production has always been a hidden black hole, but the family, hotels, cafes, shopping square and other consumption places become the dominant space of cultural expression. Post-industrial workplace stories save white-collar workers from consumerism and restore their status as producers. Workplace drama, on the one hand, boldly exposes the production sites of white-collar jobs, On the other hand, there is room for blue-collar workers and industrial production to be sheltered elsewhere. The popularity of white-collar workplace dramas since the 21st century suggests that the American dream of personal success has turned into a hard-working middle-class dream. The personification of individualistic hero who is eager to build meritorious service is a well-organized and conscientious employee, which confirms the process of Chinese society from free competition in the 1990s to a highly monopolized market economy.
