【摘要】：我們每個人都會經(jīng)歷生老病死，這是自然規(guī)律也是人生百態(tài)，從出生到死亡我們難免要和醫(yī)院打交道，醫(yī)院已成為人們生命歷程中難以避免的重要一環(huán)。因此，在影視業(yè)日漸充盈的今天，對于反映醫(yī)患關(guān)系與醫(yī)療現(xiàn)狀題材的影視作品也就成為了時代亟需品�？v觀我國電視劇行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程，“高產(chǎn)”態(tài)勢一直居高不下。據(jù)了解，2013年我國電視劇總產(chǎn)量超過1.5萬集，但在如此大的產(chǎn)量中，反映醫(yī)患關(guān)系的優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療劇卻屈指可數(shù)。正是由于這種行業(yè)劇與生俱來的罕見性與特殊性，因此，國內(nèi)幾部為數(shù)不多的醫(yī)療劇一經(jīng)問世便受到了觀眾的持續(xù)熱捧。雖然，中國醫(yī)療劇經(jīng)歷了從無到有的質(zhì)的飛躍，整體制作水平也有所提高，但從總體上看，仍然鮮有一騎絕塵的案例。若將其與國外優(yōu)秀醫(yī)療劇相較，二者的差距便會顯而易見。 本篇論文將中國醫(yī)療題材電視�。ㄒ韵潞喎Q“醫(yī)療劇”）的發(fā)展歷程、藝術(shù)特征、生存課題等方面的研究作為重點�？傮w分為四個章節(jié)，第一章是論述醫(yī)療劇的概念界定及發(fā)展歷程；第二章是中國醫(yī)療劇的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作探析，包括藝術(shù)特征探究和特定人物形象的深層次內(nèi)涵解讀兩個部分。藝術(shù)特征分別從敘事主題、情節(jié)構(gòu)建、聲像造型等三個方面進行分析。特定人物形象的深層次內(nèi)涵則分別從病患群體的“悲劇色彩”和醫(yī)生職業(yè)的道德性兩個方面進行解讀；第三章是中國醫(yī)療劇與其“母劇”的關(guān)系分析，主要包括模仿與借鑒、兩者的差異性分析兩個方面；第四章是從脫離模式化窠臼、挖掘獨創(chuàng)性，以及全球化語境下的本土化張力兩個方面，探尋未來中國醫(yī)療劇發(fā)展的生存課題。 本篇論文的重點在于，在整體把握國產(chǎn)醫(yī)療劇發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對其敘事主題、情節(jié)構(gòu)建、聲像造型、人物設(shè)置等方面進行深入系統(tǒng)探究。通過與中國醫(yī)療劇的“母劇”，即美國醫(yī)療劇做橫縱對比，，探索中國醫(yī)療劇這個移植于本土的外來品在仿鑒美劇進程中孕育出的差異性特征，從而為我國醫(yī)療劇的發(fā)展提供可供參照的藍本，并得出未來中國醫(yī)療劇在世界大環(huán)境的語境下，如何取得驕人藝術(shù)成就及良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Each of us will experience birth, old age, illness and death, which is the natural law and life form. From birth to death, we have to deal with the hospital, the hospital has become an important part of people's life course. Therefore, in the film and television industry is increasingly full today, for the relationship between doctors and patients and the current situation of the subject matter of the film and television has become an urgent need of the times. Throughout the development of China's TV series industry, "high-yield" situation has been high. It is understood that in 2013, the total production of TV series in China exceeded 15000, but in such a large production, the quality of medical drama reflecting the relationship between doctors and patients is few. Because of the infrequence and particularity of this kind of industry drama, a few medical dramas in China have been continuously popular with the audience once they came out. Although the Chinese medical drama has experienced a qualitative leap from scratch and the overall production level has also improved, overall, there is still a rare case of riding the dust. If it is compared with foreign excellent medical drama, the gap between the two will be obvious. This paper focuses on the development of Chinese medical drama (hereinafter referred to as "medical drama"), artistic characteristics, survival issues and other aspects of research. The first chapter is about the definition and development of medical drama, the second chapter is about the artistic creation of Chinese medical drama, which includes two parts: the exploration of artistic features and the interpretation of the deep connotation of the image of a particular character. The artistic features are analyzed from three aspects: narrative theme, plot construction and audio-visual modeling. The deep connotation of the specific character image is interpreted from two aspects: the tragic color of the patient group and the moral character of the doctor's profession. The third chapter is the analysis of the relationship between Chinese medical drama and its "mother drama", which mainly includes imitation and reference. The fourth chapter is to explore the survival of the future development of Chinese medical drama from the aspects of breaking away from the stereotype, exploring the originality, and the local tension in the context of globalization. The emphasis of this paper is that on the basis of mastering the present situation of the development of domestic medical drama, the narrative theme, plot construction, audio and video modeling, character setting and so on are deeply and systematically explored. By comparing it with the "mother drama" of Chinese medical drama, that is, American medical drama, this paper explores the different characteristics of Chinese medical drama, a foreign product transplanted to China, in the process of imitating American drama. In order to provide a reference for the development of Chinese medical drama, and draw the future Chinese medical drama in the context of the world environment, how to achieve outstanding artistic achievements and good development of the solution.
