【摘要】：2010年10月，原國家廣播電影電視總局頒布了《關(guān)于加快紀(jì)錄片產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的若干意見》（以下簡稱《若干意見》）。各級(jí)政府和各電視臺(tái)對(duì)電視紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展的重視程度不斷提高。隨著中央電視臺(tái)紀(jì)錄頻道開播和其他頻道一批紀(jì)錄片欄目的面世，電視熒屏上不斷出現(xiàn)各種題材的優(yōu)質(zhì)電視紀(jì)錄片，越來越多的觀眾對(duì)電視紀(jì)錄片產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。在看到電視紀(jì)錄片穩(wěn)步向好的同時(shí)，我們必須要看到中國電視紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展過程中還存在一些不容忽視的問題。論文主要目的是通過發(fā)現(xiàn)電視紀(jì)錄片在發(fā)展過程中所出現(xiàn)的問題，分析產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因。在充分掌握現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的基礎(chǔ)上，深入進(jìn)行理性思考分析，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)化背景下中國電視紀(jì)錄片的發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行研究并提出建設(shè)性意見。 通過研究電視紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，充分了解電視紀(jì)錄片的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，利用觀摩各類電視紀(jì)錄片來掌握目前中國電視紀(jì)錄片的主旋律題材、內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)作風(fēng)格等。論文主要分為四個(gè)部分，第一部分概括介紹了電視紀(jì)錄片的基本概念；第二部分對(duì)電視紀(jì)錄片的發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行了大體劃分，分析現(xiàn)階段的電視紀(jì)錄片朝產(chǎn)業(yè)化方向轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的背景和意義；第三部分在前兩部分的理論基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化背景下電視紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，從電視紀(jì)錄片管理體制、表現(xiàn)手法和認(rèn)識(shí)觀念等方面進(jìn)行剖析，提出問題；最后一部分對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化背景下電視紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展問題提出了具體解決意見。從深化體制改革、提高電視紀(jì)錄片內(nèi)容質(zhì)量、優(yōu)化電視紀(jì)錄片表現(xiàn)手法、創(chuàng)造電視紀(jì)錄片品牌和選撥電視紀(jì)錄片人才等方面出發(fā)，結(jié)合第三部分分析出來的問題，探討未來我國電視紀(jì)錄片如何朝產(chǎn)業(yè)化方向更好更快發(fā)展。 中國的電視紀(jì)錄片雖然目前的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭有所上升，但與其他電視紀(jì)錄片產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成熟的國家之間還存在著一定的差距。政府政策的出臺(tái)，電視臺(tái)的愈加重視，新科技手段的進(jìn)步以及觀眾審美的成熟化發(fā)展對(duì)電視紀(jì)錄片未來的“華麗轉(zhuǎn)身”起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用。電視紀(jì)錄片未來應(yīng)該堅(jiān)定不移地朝著國際化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向，在制作成本、制作技巧、產(chǎn)品包裝、品牌打造、版權(quán)營銷等方面不斷進(jìn)步和完善，距離成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)化運(yùn)作模式也會(huì)越來越近。
[Abstract]:In October 2010, the former State Administration of radio, film and television issued a number of opinions on speeding up the development of the documentary industry (hereinafter referred to as "several opinions"). Governments at all levels and television stations have increased the importance of the development of television documentaries. With the opening of the CCTV record channel and the appearance of a number of documentary programs in other channels, Television documentaries are constantly appearing on TV screens, and more and more viewers are interested in television documentaries. While watching TV documentaries steady, we must see some problems that can not be ignored during the development of Chinese television documentary. The main purpose of this paper is to pass the development of the paper. The problems arising in the development of TV documentary in the course of development are analyzed and the reasons for these problems are analyzed. On the basis of full grasp of the actual situation, the rational thinking analysis is carried out deeply, and the development of Chinese television documentary is studied and constructive suggestions are put forward around the background of industrialization.
By studying the related literature of the development of television documentary, we fully understand the development of TV documentary, and use watching various TV documentaries to master the theme, content and style of the current Chinese TV documentary. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the basic concept of television documentary. The second part makes a general division of the development process of television documentary, analyzes the background and significance of the transformation and development of television documentary at the present stage. The third part analyses the development of television documentary on the basis of the first two parts, and analyzes the development of television documentary under the background of industrialization, and shows the performance of the television documentary management system. In the last part, we put forward some specific solutions to the development of television documentary under the background of industrialization. From deepening the reform of the system, improving the quality of the TV documentary content, optimizing the television documentary performance, creating the TV documentary brand and selecting the TV documentary talent. Starting from the analysis of the third part, we will discuss how China's TV documentaries will develop towards industrialization in a better and faster way.
Although the current development trend of TV documentary in China has risen, there is still a certain gap between the countries which have developed mature television documentary industry. The introduction of government policies, the increasing attention of TV stations, the progress of new technology and the mature development of the audience's aesthetics are the "China" of the future of television documentary. The future of TV documentary should be unswervingly internationalized, the development direction of industrialization, progress and perfection in production costs, production techniques, product packaging, brand building, copyright marketing and so on, and the mature operation mode of production will become more and more close.
