【摘要】：兒童是祖國的未來和希望,而兒童電影與兒童的成長有著密切的關(guān)系,兒童電影對于兒童對世界的認知、對其價值觀的形成以及對兒童精神壓力的宣泄等都有著重要的影響。自1922年第一部兒童電影誕生至今中國兒童電影已經(jīng)歷經(jīng)九十多年的風雨了。在這九十多年間,中國兒童電影也曾經(jīng)有過輝煌的時期。可以說新時期是中國兒童電影絢麗多彩的時期,這一時期的許多兒童電影在國內(nèi)國際的電影節(jié)上屢屢斬獲大獎,以1998年廣西電影制片廠出品的電影《一個都不能少為例》為例,該片曾獲得中國電影“華表獎”“金雞獎”“百花獎”等國內(nèi)具有影響力的電影大獎,國際上具有影響力的意大利威尼斯國際電影節(jié)金獅獎等數(shù)十項電影獎項。之后中國兒童電影逐漸走向衰落,國家出臺了一系列扶持兒童電影的政策,但是都收效甚微。眾所周知北歐兒童電影發(fā)展表現(xiàn)卓越,不僅僅在電影節(jié)上屢獲大獎,而且在票房上也都取得了不錯的成績,這有賴于北歐成熟的扶持政策。而在眾多的北歐國家中,又尤以丹麥的兒童電影發(fā)展最為突出,本文主要試圖研究以丹麥為代表的北歐兒童電影發(fā)展模式。希望能夠總結(jié)丹麥兒童電影成功的經(jīng)驗,然后為我國兒童電影發(fā)展提供一些切實可行的建議。本文認為丹麥兒童電影的發(fā)展能夠獲得成功的主要原因有以下幾點:首先是丹麥本國對兒童文化藝術(shù)的培養(yǎng)極為重視,這就為丹麥兒童電影的發(fā)展孕育了肥沃的土壤;其次是丹麥對兒童電影教育的成功實踐,丹麥兒童電影教育不僅內(nèi)容豐富,而且層次分明,極具針對性。丹麥絕大多數(shù)兒童在很早的時候就已經(jīng)參與到兒童電影素質(zhì)教育活動中,這就為丹麥兒童電影的發(fā)展提供了一批批具備專業(yè)電影素質(zhì)的人才;再次是丹麥政府對兒童電影積極有效的扶持政策,丹麥電影法中規(guī)定對于兒童和青少年的補貼不得少于當年電影補貼金額的25%,這就為丹麥兒童電影的生產(chǎn)提供了強有力的資金支持。其中丹麥兒童電影協(xié)會對丹麥兒童電影的發(fā)展起了極為重要的作用,可以說丹麥兒童電影協(xié)會是丹麥兒童電影發(fā)展的重要力量。丹麥兒童電影協(xié)會不僅僅丹麥電影教育的領(lǐng)頭羊,更是電影政策的發(fā)布者與強有力的執(zhí)行者,因此丹麥兒童電影的許多政策才能得到落實,相比較而言,中國兒童電影學會并沒有完全發(fā)揮它應(yīng)有的作用和價值。通過分析丹麥兒童電影成功發(fā)展的因素,進而對我國兒童電影發(fā)展提出一些可供參考的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Children are the future and hope of the motherland, and children's films have a close relationship with children's growth. Children's films have an important influence on children's cognition of the world, the formation of their values and the release of children's spiritual pressure. Since the birth of the first children's film in 1922, Chinese children's film has gone through more than 90 years of wind and rain. In these more than 90 years, the Chinese children's film also had the glorious period. It can be said that the new period is a period of colorful Chinese children's films. Many children's films in this period have won numerous awards at domestic and international film festivals. Take the film produced by Guangxi Film Studio in 1998 as an example. The film has won domestic influential film awards such as the Chinese movie "Honorary Award" and "Golden Rooster Award" and "hundred Flower Award", and has won dozens of film awards such as the Golden Lion Award of the International Film Festival in Venice, Italy. After that, China's children's films gradually declined, the state issued a series of policies to support children's films, but to little effect. It is well known that Nordic children's films have developed well, not only winning awards at film festivals, but also making good achievements at the box office, which depends on the mature support policies of Nordic countries. In many Nordic countries, especially in Denmark, the development of children's films is the most prominent. This paper mainly attempts to study the development model of Nordic children's films represented by Denmark. The author hopes to sum up the successful experiences of Danish children's films and provide some practical suggestions for the development of children's films in China. This paper holds that the main reasons for the success of Danish children's films are as follows: firstly, Denmark attaches great importance to the cultivation of children's culture and art, which gives birth to fertile soil for the development of Danish children's films; Secondly, the successful practice of children's film education in Denmark. Danish children's film education is not only rich in content, but also well-organized and highly targeted. The vast majority of children in Denmark have participated in children's film quality education activities early, which provides a number of professional film quality talents for the development of Danish children's films. Again, the Danish government's positive and effective support policy for children's films, The Danish Film Act stipulates that the subsidy for children and young people shall not be less than 25 percent of the amount of the film subsidy for the current year, which provides a strong financial support for the production of Danish children's films. The Danish Children's Film Association plays an important role in the development of Danish children's films, and it can be said that the Danish Children's Film Association is an important force in the development of Danish children's films. The Danish Children's Film Association is not only the leader in Danish film education, but also the publisher and powerful executor of film policy. The Chinese Children's Film Society has not fully played its due role and value. By analyzing the factors of the successful development of Danish children's films, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the development of children's films in China.
