【摘要】：TVB電視劇從進入內(nèi)地開始就展示出其旺盛的生命力，而90年代更是TVB電視劇的黃金時期，在涌現(xiàn)出的眾多優(yōu)秀劇集中就包括兩部里程碑式的刑偵劇作品《刑事偵緝檔案》和《鑒證實錄》。由此開始，刑偵劇逐漸成為TVB具有代表性的類型劇之一，之后制作播出的《棟篤神探》、《法證先鋒》、《古靈精探》、《談情說案》等等都取得了較高的收視率，，但學(xué)界對它的研究卻并不多。本文通過挖掘TVB刑偵劇所屬的類型以及類型之中的慣例和程式，也就是對類型化元素和敘事模式進行分析研究，希望在創(chuàng)作中更好地把握這一電視劇類型，同時，也期望可以對我國大陸的刑偵劇發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒意義。 文章在對TVB刑偵劇進行相應(yīng)的界定后，對其的由來和發(fā)展概況做出了比較詳細的梳理。在此基礎(chǔ)上將分析類型電影的方法引入到類型電視劇的分析思考中，將這一類型劇中的類型元素提取出來，分別對其特點、功能進行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)它們在這種類型劇中是被如何安排運用的。進行過微觀層面的分析后，我們將這一類型劇放入宏觀層面內(nèi)，分析、總結(jié)它的類型化敘事模式。每一種類型劇背后其實是受眾對這些類型元素的期待心理，在最后的結(jié)語中我們將心理學(xué)的一些內(nèi)容引入類型劇的研究中，從受眾的心理角度簡要地說明TVB的刑偵劇為什么吸引我們，同時也總結(jié)了其對大陸刑偵劇的借鑒和啟示。TVB刑偵劇的優(yōu)點固然要繼承和發(fā)揚，但出現(xiàn)的各種問題我們也要敢于面對和解決。如果在創(chuàng)作上出現(xiàn)的種種問題能夠得到解決，同時再加上他們已經(jīng)成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)運作模式和類型推廣機制，相信TVB刑偵劇再現(xiàn)昔日的輝煌甚至超越之前取得的成績也就不再是難事。

Based on the TVB criminal drama has been defined, and made a comparison with the review of the origin and development of the method. Based on the analysis of the type of film is introduced into the analysis on the types of TV dramas, the extracted type elements of this type of drama, the characteristics, function analysis they are found in the use of this type of how to arrange the play. To analyze the micro level, we will be in this type of drama in the macro level, analysis, summed up the type of narrative mode of it. Behind every type of drama is actually looking forward to the audience for these types of psychological elements, some research content in the final conclusion we will introduce the type of psychological drama, from the audience's psychological point of view to briefly explain TVB why criminal drama attracted us, also summed up the lessons of the mainland criminal drama The advantages of.TVB and Enlightenment of criminal drama is to inherit and carry forward, but all sorts of problems we dare to face and solve.
