【摘要】：近年來，我國的醫(yī)療問題逐步升溫，醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)與醫(yī)務(wù)工作人員的公信力越來越低，傷醫(yī)、殺醫(yī)等醫(yī)鬧事件時(shí)有發(fā)生，醫(yī)患關(guān)系日益成為社會(huì)高度關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題，醫(yī)療題材的電視劇也慢慢開始進(jìn)入大眾視野。 本文以電視劇《心術(shù)》為研究對象，通過分析劇中幾位主要醫(yī)生和護(hù)士等人物形象，從醫(yī)者形象的身份困境、角色功能和人物角色塑造的角度入手，分析該劇的優(yōu)長與問題。 本文共分為三個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章，以劉晨曦、霍思邈、美小護(hù)為例，探討《心術(shù)》如何抓住身份困境等特點(diǎn)來塑造不同的醫(yī)生形象。第二章，從醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、谷超華、顧曉梅和宗小滿等人物入手，討論編導(dǎo)如何在醫(yī)者形象中挖掘人物的功能。第三章，從“詩性正義”的理論出發(fā)，，分析《心術(shù)》中虛構(gòu)的人物形象與現(xiàn)實(shí)中真實(shí)的醫(yī)患關(guān)系的映射關(guān)系。本文認(rèn)為，電視劇《心術(shù)》對醫(yī)者形象的塑造與主旋律題材電視劇對人物形象的塑造存在某種質(zhì)同關(guān)系；該劇對醫(yī)者和患者被“物化”的展現(xiàn)是通過對醫(yī)者形象的塑造來呈現(xiàn)的；制作者將醫(yī)患關(guān)系的矛頭指向那些“不講理的”少數(shù)患者及其家屬，無形中將醫(yī)患關(guān)系簡化了，這種表達(dá)可以說是一種文藝作品追求“詩性正義”的選擇，而這被其所塑造的醫(yī)者形象賦予了某種合法性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the medical problem in our country gradually warming, medical institutions and medical staff's credibility is more and more low, injury medicine, medicine and other medical trouble killed when the incident occurred, the doctor-patient relationship has become a hot topic of social concern, medical dramas also slowly began to enter the public view.
In this paper, the TV series "mind > as the research object, through the analysis of the several main characters such as doctors and nurses, medical image identity dilemma, role function and character shaping perspective, advantages and problems analysis of the series.
This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter, by Liu Chenxi, huosimiao, beauty care as an example, to explore the characteristics of "mind > how to seize the identity dilemma to shape the different image doctor. In the second chapter, Gu Chaohua from the hospital leadership, Gu Xiao Mei and Zong Xiaoman discussed how to make people start by mining figures the function in the medical image. In the third chapter, from the perspective of" poetic justice "theory," analysis of mapping relationship between the characters in the fiction of the mind "and the real doctor-patient relationship. This paper argues that the TV series" mind > shape of the medical image and the main theme TV series of characters there is some relationship with creation; the play of doctors and patients are "showing materialization" is represented through the shape of the medical image; makers of the doctor-patient relationship is directed at those "unreasonable" minority patients and their families, in no shape The relationship between doctors and patients is simplified. This expression can be regarded as a choice of literary and artistic works in pursuit of "poetic justice", which is endowed with some legitimacy by the image of the healer.
