通過對禮花行業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)狀況及生產(chǎn)過程中突發(fā)性事故發(fā)生的原因、危害后果的回顧性調(diào)查,總結(jié)出禮花行業(yè)這類含有特殊能量的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中危害因素種類、來源及其對周圍環(huán)境及居住區(qū)的潛在影響;同時應(yīng)用爆炸力學(xué)理論及對禮花廠火災(zāi)爆炸后果進行了回顧性評價。應(yīng)用霍普金森標(biāo)尺化定律,對禮花廠突發(fā)性事故造成的危害后果進行了定量評價,并提出禮花廠安全衛(wèi)生防護距離的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
