烏克蘭科學(xué)院無線電物理學(xué)與電子研究所的Kogut教授及Khlopov教授應(yīng)邀來北理工進(jìn)行訪問交流

　　應(yīng)信息與電子學(xué)院邀請，烏克蘭科學(xué)院無線電物理學(xué)與電子研究所的Kogut教授及Khlopov教授于2012年6月18日在北京理工大學(xué)4號教學(xué)樓233會議室開展了“21世紀(jì)學(xué)科前沿”學(xué)術(shù)交流活動，作了題為“General observe about developments of our Institute”、“Remote sensing of clouds and precipitations ”、“Use of radio-acoustic portraits for radar recognition of moving surface targets ”、“Development of radar sensors for use in technology and guard systems”的系列學(xué)術(shù)報告。報告會由信息與電子學(xué)院院長龍騰教授主持，信息與電子學(xué)院30多位教師和學(xué)生參加了此次報告會。

　　報告中，Kogut教授介紹了烏克蘭國家科學(xué)院無線電物理學(xué)與電子學(xué)研究所在應(yīng)用開發(fā)方面的研究工作，包括毫米波電子輻射源、探地雷達(dá)、毫米波固態(tài)雷達(dá)、生命搜救雷達(dá)等方面的研究成果；Khlopov教授介紹了在毫米波段的地面運動目標(biāo)雷達(dá)識別、云與降水量的遙感、反海盜雷達(dá)研發(fā)等方面的最新研究工作。最后，Kogut教授和Khlopov教授與信息與電子學(xué)院的老師和同學(xué)們就報告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了熱烈的交流和討論。

 
　　報告會后，楊小鵬副教授、傅雄軍副研究員、胡偉東講師、胡程講師等人陪同Kogut教授和Khlopov教授參觀了實驗室和觀看相關(guān)演示，并進(jìn)行了深入交流。
 

　　此次交流使廣大師生開闊了視野，，受益匪淺，并對今后雷達(dá)與微波技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究提供了很大幫助。

Biography:
Prof. Oleksandr Ye. Kogut received the M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree in radiophysics and electronics from Kharkov State University in 1992 and 1997 respectively. He was researcher of O. Ya. Usikov Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of National Academy of Sciences from 1998 to 2001, senior researcher from 2001 to 2005, and now is the deputy director. He has published 65 papers on journals and international conferences. His area of expertise is solid-state sources of electromagnetic millimeter wave radiation and passive microwave resonant techniques.
Prof. Kogut was awarded Soros grant for Ph.D. Student at the Kharkov State University in 1996, the Grant of the President of Ukraine for young scientists in 1999, the Sinelnikov Grant “The best young scientist in physics and astronomy”from Kharkov region state administration in 2003. He has been a Doctor of Science since 2011.
Prof. Grigoriy I. Khlopov received the M.S. degree from Radio-Physical faculty of Kharkov State University in 1969 and the Ph.D. degree in Physics and Microwave Technique from Moscow Institute of Electronics in 1983. He was a senior staff scientist in the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine from 1975 to 2003 and he became the head of radar department in 2003.He has published 3 monographs and 230 scientific papers, including patents and reports at national and international conferences. His research interests include antennas and microwave components, propagation of radio waves, remote sensing and coherent radar in millimeter wave band.
Prof. Khlopov is a member of European Microwave Association. He has been a Doctor of Science in 2003. He received the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology in 2010.
