【摘要】：本論文是一篇關(guān)于《舌尖上的中國(guó)2》的模擬漢英口譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。作者選擇該記錄片基于兩方面的原因:一方面舌尖系列在海外獲得了熱烈的反響,激起了外國(guó)人對(duì)中國(guó)的興趣;另一方面飲食文化是連接擁有不同文化背景的人們的捷徑,外國(guó)人通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)飲食文化能更好地了解中國(guó)。此外,該實(shí)踐有助于作者積累同傳經(jīng)驗(yàn)。基于上述緣由,作者從跨文化傳播的角度對(duì)該紀(jì)錄片的解說(shuō)詞進(jìn)行口譯和解析。就《舌尖上的中國(guó)2》的漢語(yǔ)解說(shuō)詞而言,其行文偏重意合,富含飲食文化負(fù)載詞和專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),涉及諸如豆花制作過(guò)程的細(xì)節(jié)描寫。針對(duì)紀(jì)錄片解說(shuō)詞以上特點(diǎn),作者在翻譯過(guò)程中采用了“順句驅(qū)動(dòng)”、“簡(jiǎn)化”的口譯原則,選擇了“音譯加解釋”、“釋義”的口譯方法。此外,全文以作者分析口譯文本和錄音之后所獲得的啟發(fā)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)作結(jié)。希望這些啟發(fā)可以為中國(guó)未來(lái)相關(guān)紀(jì)錄片的制作與傳播提供些許的借鑒;也希望這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)為自身和他人的口譯學(xué)習(xí)提供點(diǎn)滴幫助。
