國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人話(huà)語(yǔ)是一個(gè)國(guó)家政策、制度、態(tài)度和發(fā)展方向的縮影,而習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政話(huà)語(yǔ)是外界深入了解中國(guó)的重要窗口。作為治國(guó)理政話(huà)語(yǔ)載體,《習(xí)近平談治國(guó)理政》一書(shū)精選了習(xí)近平在各個(gè)場(chǎng)合的重要講話(huà),其英譯本在海外的出版、發(fā)行與傳播影響廣泛,并取得良好傳播效果,這對(duì)于漢英外宣翻譯具有重要借鑒作用。鑒于習(xí)近平話(huà)語(yǔ)中含有很多具有中國(guó)特色的政治術(shù)語(yǔ)表達(dá),且這些術(shù)語(yǔ)的英譯會(huì)對(duì)海外受眾的接受產(chǎn)生重要影響,因此中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)的英譯研究具有高度重要性。通過(guò)對(duì)已掌握的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),研究人員多從各理論視角來(lái)研究《習(xí)近平談治國(guó)理政》的翻譯策略,但針對(duì)中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)進(jìn)行的英譯原則研究有待進(jìn)一步的挖掘和豐富。本文以《習(xí)近平談治國(guó)理政》英譯本為研究對(duì)象,以政治翻譯理論原則為指導(dǎo),對(duì)中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯提供一些翻譯原則。本文首先對(duì)中國(guó)近20年來(lái)政治翻譯理論進(jìn)行梳理、分析和總結(jié),然后結(jié)合中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn)提出了三條翻譯原則,即政治忠誠(chéng)、意義等效和話(huà)語(yǔ)導(dǎo)向。繼而立足《習(xí)近平談治國(guó)理政》中大量的譯例進(jìn)行分析、說(shuō)明和解釋,論證得出這三個(gè)原則可以用來(lái)指導(dǎo)中國(guó)特色政治術(shù)語(yǔ)英譯,...
