《美國青少年籃球發(fā)展指南》(節(jié)選)英漢翻譯實踐報告

籃球運(yùn)動的未來發(fā)展在很大程度上取決于青少年球員的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。要想提高青少年球員的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,則需先進(jìn)的訓(xùn)練體系和方法作為指導(dǎo)!睹绹嗌倌昊@球發(fā)展指南》是美國籃球協(xié)會出版的一本理論書籍,該書中的科學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法對我國青少年籃球球員的培訓(xùn)具有一定的借鑒意義。筆者受山西鑠華體育發(fā)展有限公司委托翻譯《美國青少年籃球發(fā)展指南》一書,主要負(fù)責(zé)該書前五章節(jié)的翻譯工作。在這次翻譯實踐中,筆者采用了紐馬克的交際翻譯為主,語義翻譯為輔的翻譯策略,從詞匯和句子以及語篇三個方面,運(yùn)用語篇銜接、分譯法、句式調(diào)整和增補(bǔ)法等翻譯技巧,結(jié)合具體的案例進(jìn)行對比分析。本次翻譯實踐完成后,委托方對翻譯質(zhì)量予以肯定,譯文流暢、忠實于原文,符合他們的要求。本報告即為本次翻譯實踐的分析與總結(jié)。筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)體育文本專業(yè)性強(qiáng),文本翻譯存在一定難度。其次,語義翻譯和交際翻譯策略適用于指導(dǎo)體育文本翻譯,語篇銜接、分譯法、句式調(diào)整和增補(bǔ)法等翻譯技巧能夠提高翻譯效率和質(zhì)量。目前,體育類文本翻譯實踐的研究相對較少,筆者希望該報告對體育類文本的翻譯提供一些參考和借鑒。
