《“一帶一路”建設(shè)進(jìn)展第三方評估報告》首次科學(xué)地評估了“一帶一路”建設(shè)取得的進(jìn)展,對推動“一帶一路”走實走深具有重要意義。鑒于該書是關(guān)于“一帶一路”發(fā)展最新、最全面的研究,且尚無翻譯,譯者選取第一章作為翻譯材料,旨在通過這次翻譯實踐,提升自身翻譯能力的同時,為“一帶一路”的宣傳做出自己的貢獻(xiàn),也為外宣文本翻譯提供一定的借鑒。本研究所選擇的文本以傳遞“一帶一路”發(fā)展的信息為主要目的,因此,譯者在文本類型理論的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合信息型文本的特點,對翻譯難點進(jìn)行分析并提出解決方案。在翻譯過程中,譯者通過對原文本中高頻詞匯、無主句、復(fù)雜的句子以及語篇銜接等語言難點的分析,提出了相應(yīng)的翻譯策略和方法以解決這些難點。本翻譯實踐報告主要有以下三點發(fā)現(xiàn):在詞匯層面上,可以通過直譯、意譯、省譯等翻譯方法對高頻詞匯進(jìn)行翻譯;在句子層面上,可以通過增譯主語、運用被動句和祈使句翻譯無主句,采用拆分和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整翻譯復(fù)雜句,增強譯文的可讀性;在語篇層面上,翻譯時需要添加照應(yīng)、連接等銜接手段實現(xiàn)譯文語篇的連貫。
