公共場(chǎng)合下他人職業(yè)身份重塑的語(yǔ)用學(xué)研究

  人際尊重的概念在語(yǔ)用學(xué)領(lǐng)域廣為應(yīng)用卻幾乎沒(méi)有專門的研究。尊重與身份息息相關(guān),從身份構(gòu)建角度出發(fā)可以為人際尊重研究提供更多的思考。鑒于此,本研究嘗試從人際尊重出發(fā),分析公共場(chǎng)合下的他人職業(yè)身份重塑;趤(lái)自電視節(jié)目《你會(huì)怎么做》的24個(gè)語(yǔ)料,本研究旨在探討旁觀者如何回應(yīng)過(guò)錯(cuò)方的不尊重行為,以重塑受害者的職業(yè)身份(包括職業(yè)角色和職業(yè)能力)。根據(jù)語(yǔ)料所呈現(xiàn)的干預(yù)者關(guān)于尊重的元語(yǔ)用話語(yǔ),本研究將人際尊重界定為一種道德秩序,關(guān)乎對(duì)他人職業(yè)身份的價(jià)值認(rèn)可。尊重的道德秩序包括兩個(gè)核心內(nèi)涵,分別是平等和寬容。換言之,在公共場(chǎng)合下,遵守尊重的道德秩序,要求滿足平等和寬容兩個(gè)內(nèi)涵。平等指的是對(duì)他人的職業(yè)角色一視同仁。寬容指的是接受他人目前的失敗表現(xiàn),并期待他人工作能力的的變化和發(fā)展。為此,本研究以尊重的道德秩序和身份構(gòu)建模型(Bucholtz and Hall 2005)為理論依據(jù),致力于回答以下三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題:(1)過(guò)錯(cuò)方如何不尊重受害者的職業(yè)身份?(2)干預(yù)者如何應(yīng)對(duì)這些過(guò)錯(cuò)行為,以重塑受害者的職業(yè)身份?(3)為什么干預(yù)者會(huì)對(duì)這些過(guò)錯(cuò)行為做出反應(yīng)?通過(guò)對(duì)三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題的討論,本研究得出了以下結(jié)論。第一,根...
