20世紀(jì)90年代,Martin和White發(fā)展了系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué),提出基于人際意義的評價理論。評價理論考察語篇中所呈現(xiàn)的各種態(tài)度,包括態(tài)度、介入和級差三個系統(tǒng),為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。政治演講屬于公開演講的一種形式。演講者可以向公眾傳達(dá)政治觀點和國家政策。在國內(nèi)和國際政治生活中,政治演講發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。政治演講中蘊(yùn)含著豐富的評價資源,這些評價手段對演講者立場觀點的表達(dá)和人際關(guān)系的構(gòu)建發(fā)揮著重要作用。而且,由于不同國家的文化和價值觀方面的差異,他們在態(tài)度的表達(dá)上自然也有差異。鑒于此,運(yùn)用評價理論對比研究中美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人政治演講有必要且有意義。本研究選取習(xí)近平主席和特朗普總統(tǒng)共20篇政治演講作為語料,借助UAM Corpus Tool對評價資源在政治演講中的分布情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,然后運(yùn)用評價理論分析兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人政治演講,旨在揭示他們政治演講中評價資源的分布模式,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)他們評價資源使用的異同,同時探究評價資源的使用在政治演講中起到的作用。本研究試圖解決以下三個問題:首先,中美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在政治演講中運(yùn)用了哪些評價資源?其次,他們的政治演講中評價資源分布有何異同?可能的原因是什么?最后,他們運(yùn)用的評價資...
