甘肅歷史悠久、文化厚重,是華夏文明的文化資源寶庫。近年來,甘肅正在充分利用敦煌國際文化博覽會這個國家級文化平臺大力推進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。在這種背景下,政府機(jī)關(guān)發(fā)布的相關(guān)報告等內(nèi)容的翻譯對于敦煌文博會以及甘肅省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的對外發(fā)展具有一定的重要意義。本篇翻譯實踐報告的翻譯材料來源于“甘肅藍(lán)皮書系列”,選自于《甘肅文化發(fā)展分析與預(yù)測》(2018)B6篇,文章題目為“敦煌國際文化博覽會的‘文化+’內(nèi)涵研究”。譯者選擇了紐馬克的文本類型理論作為指導(dǎo),從詞匯、句法以及文本三個方面分析了原文特點后,判斷翻譯材料主要為信息型文本,而同時其中部分段落提供了客觀數(shù)據(jù)以及在敦煌文博會期間簽訂的相關(guān)協(xié)議等內(nèi)容,因此譯者使用了交際翻譯為主,語義翻譯為輔的方法進(jìn)行了翻譯。在紐馬克文本類型理論的指導(dǎo)下,本篇報告首先分析了官方報告的一般翻譯方法和原則,再通過具體的難點和實例從詞匯、句法和語篇三個層面對使用的翻譯方法和技巧進(jìn)行了研究和分析。詞匯層面主要從專有名詞、四字格、縮略詞等方面進(jìn)行了分析;句法層面主要對長難句、無主句以及并列句的處理進(jìn)行了討論;語篇層面主要對銜接和連貫兩個方面進(jìn)行了探究。通過本次翻譯實踐過程中對紐馬...
