大學生英語學習韌性與學習適應性的關系研究

學習韌性是學習者在面臨學習困境或挑戰(zhàn)時表現(xiàn)出的成功應對和良好適應的能力。學習適應性是指學習者能夠根據(jù)學習過程中條件的變化,主動做出身心調(diào)整,以求達到內(nèi)外學習環(huán)境相平衡并促進學習發(fā)展的能力。相關研究表明,學習韌性與學習適應性關系密切,但針對特定學科或領域的實證研究鮮有。鑒于此,本文通過實證研究,探討了大學生英語學習韌性和學習適應性之間可能存在的關系,主要研究發(fā)現(xiàn)如下:(1)大學生英語學習韌性與學習適應性各維度之間具有顯著的相關關系。(2)大學生英語學習韌性的強弱分組,在學習環(huán)境適應性、英語教師適應性和教學內(nèi)容適應性維度上差異明顯。個體的學習韌性越強,其學習適應性水平越高;相反,個體的學習韌性越弱,則學習適應性水平越低。(3)回歸分析結果表明,大學生英語學習韌性對學習適應性各維度均存在不同程度上的預測作用。學習管理可顯著預測學習環(huán)境適應性和網(wǎng)絡教學適應性,積極認知可預測英語教師適應性,情緒調(diào)控可預測教學模式適應性,個人毅力可顯著預測教學內(nèi)容適應性。基于上述發(fā)現(xiàn),本文就如何進一步深化學習韌性研究,改善大學生英語學習韌性,從而有效提升其學習適應性水平提出了針對性的建議。
