布迪厄社會學視角下的學生口譯員資本和慣習研究

本研究從社會學視角出發(fā),采用布爾迪厄社會學的資本-慣習理論,參照布爾迪厄?qū)Α百Y本”和“慣習”的定義和劃分指標,對口譯研究學術(shù)型碩士和英語口譯翻譯碩士的“資本”和“慣習”進行實證調(diào)查,旨在探究二者的資本和慣習類型、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、共性和差異。本研究主要采用實證分析法,通過問卷和個人訪談收集數(shù)據(jù),從譯員個人信息、譯員資本、譯員慣習等方面分析數(shù)據(jù)。本研究對象來自于華東某地區(qū)高校的20名口譯研究學術(shù)型碩士和42名英語口譯翻譯碩士研究生。研究結(jié)果如下:口譯研究學術(shù)型碩士和英語口譯翻譯碩士均擁有一定量的文化資本,具備進入翻譯場域競爭的基本條件,但社會資本和象征資本明顯不足,譯員資本結(jié)構(gòu)欠缺平衡,資本類型較為單一;實踐型翻譯碩士比學術(shù)型專業(yè)碩士持有更多文化資本,具體表現(xiàn)為實踐型翻譯碩士在內(nèi)化資本和體制化資本方面略優(yōu)于學術(shù)型專業(yè)碩士,而二者在物化資本方面無明顯差異,均缺乏譯作和學術(shù)成果等物化資本;學術(shù)型專業(yè)碩士和實踐型翻譯碩士均持有較好的語言能力、口譯技巧及跨文化交際能力等內(nèi)化資本但對于如Trados等翻譯工具的使用均不熟練;與學術(shù)型專業(yè)碩士相比,實踐型翻譯碩士持有翻譯職業(yè)資格證書的比例更高;學術(shù)型專業(yè)碩士...
