　　此翻譯項目來自譯者在好博譯信息技術(shù)有限公司的專利翻譯實踐,選取的文本為通過歐洲專利局(Europe Patent Office,EPO)審核的專利申請文件《一種基于溫度為電池充電的裝置及方法》。隨著電子設(shè)備的普及,人們對電池充電技術(shù)的要求日益提高。本專利發(fā)明了一種新的充電方法,使電池在高溫或低溫條件下能夠正常充電,有助于保持電池的良好性能,延長電池壽命。根據(jù)卡特琳娜·萊斯(Katharina Reiss)的文本類型理論,專利申請文件大都屬于信息型文本。譯者從尤金·奈達(dá)(Eugene Nida)功能對等理論的角度,利用順譯法、增譯、減譯、轉(zhuǎn)換等翻譯技巧,力圖實現(xiàn)源語和目的語之間最大程度的功能對等。本報告主要分為五章。第一章是對項目背景、項目意義和報告結(jié)構(gòu)的介紹。第二章是對原文內(nèi)容、文本類型和語言特點(diǎn)的分析。第三章是對翻譯理論及其具體應(yīng)用的闡述。第四章是對翻譯難點(diǎn)的分析及其解決方法的描述。第五章是對翻譯經(jīng)驗和待解決問題的總結(jié)。
