研究背景與意義:焦慮作為一個情感因素與外語教學(xué)有著緊密的聯(lián)系。教師的焦慮,不僅影響著他們自身的身心健康,且可能影響著其學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況。然而,在已有文獻(xiàn)中,對高中新手英語教師的焦慮情況研究較少。另外,研究焦慮的來源能夠為教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供幫助,特別是對于新手教師而言,適應(yīng)新環(huán)境與新身份很可能使他們的焦慮程度增加。對新手英語教師的焦慮來源進(jìn)行研究,能夠為職前教師教育給予啟發(fā)。研究內(nèi)容與方法:本研究采用個案研究法,運用調(diào)查問卷、焦點小組討論和半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談等研究工具,探索三位廣東省高中新手英語教師的焦慮來源。研究問題與結(jié)果:本研究具體有兩個研究子問題。第一個為高中新手英語教師的焦慮來源有哪些。研究結(jié)果顯示,高中新手英語教師的焦慮來源主要有四個種類,包括專業(yè)發(fā)展因素、身份因素、制度因素與資源因素。第二個研究問題為這些焦慮來源是如何互相聯(lián)系從而形成一個結(jié)構(gòu)。研究表明,高中新手英語教師的焦慮來源可由內(nèi)部和外部因素構(gòu)成,內(nèi)部因素與教師自身有關(guān),是教師作為教學(xué)主體所產(chǎn)生的各種焦慮因素,而外部因素則與環(huán)境有關(guān),是相對于教師主體而言的客觀存在因素。內(nèi)部因素可進(jìn)一步分為專業(yè)發(fā)展因素和專業(yè)身份因素。專業(yè)發(fā)展因素...
