2019年3月正式出版的《“一帶一路”建設(shè)發(fā)展報告（2019）》藍皮書,是一部解讀“一帶一路”倡議的權(quán)威著作,主要論述了“一帶一路”自提出五年以來的發(fā)展情況。本篇翻譯實踐報告節(jié)選該藍皮書部分內(nèi)容進行翻譯,通過研讀和翻譯這本書,有助于幫助更多的人了解中國的“一帶一路”倡議和“一帶一路”建設(shè)的發(fā)展情況,促進中國與世界上其他國家的交流與合作。本翻譯實踐報告包括引言、翻譯任務(wù)描述、翻譯過程描述、案例分析和總結(jié)五部分。第一部分介紹了翻譯實踐報告的背景,目的與意義;第二部分介紹了源文本的內(nèi)容,語言特點和目標讀者;第三部分介紹了翻譯過程,包括譯前準備工作、翻譯過程和譯文質(zhì)量控制;第四部分是案例分析,譯者分別從詞匯、句子、語篇三個層面對翻譯實踐過程中遇到的難點進行詳細地分析;第五部分是對本次翻譯實踐任務(wù)的總結(jié)。在翻譯目的論的指導(dǎo)下,譯者采取了多種翻譯方法和技巧來解決翻譯過程中遇到的困難。在詞匯層面,對于四字格的翻譯,譯者采用了省譯、直譯和意譯的翻譯方法,對于范疇詞的翻譯,譯者采用了省譯的翻譯方法;在句法層面,對于長難句的翻譯,譯者采用了分譯法和調(diào)整句子結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯方法,對于無主句的翻譯,譯者采用了添加句...
