中國的“文化走出去”戰(zhàn)略實施以來,已經(jīng)取得了巨大成功。中國文化走向世界,向世界傳遞中國文化的內(nèi)涵和精神,借助了多種途徑,而中國傳統(tǒng)文化論著的英譯和外傳是重要途徑之一。中國傳統(tǒng)審美文化是中國傳統(tǒng)文化最為璀璨的一部分�！吨袊鴮徝牢幕喪贰芬粫�,以中國朝代為序,細數(shù)歷朝歷代之審美文化,圖文并茂,在內(nèi)容上力圖發(fā)掘中國古代最具價值的審美文化資源,其英譯必將對于傳播中國傳統(tǒng)審美文化具有重要意義。該書尚未有英譯本問世,因此,該書的英譯不僅具有相當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)價值和實踐意義,而且具有原創(chuàng)性。本選題以《中國審美文化簡史》第一章“神靈隱現(xiàn)的史前時代”萬余字為漢英翻譯對象。該章主要介紹了史前時代的器物、圖騰、壁畫、神話傳說及蘊藏在他們背后的生殖意象、偶像崇拜等文化內(nèi)涵。該章屬于人文社科學(xué)術(shù)論著,兼具一定的文學(xué)藝術(shù)性,主要體現(xiàn)為寫作語言的風(fēng)格和藝術(shù)品、工藝品的描述。譯者根據(jù)該章英譯實踐,撰寫了實踐報告,內(nèi)容主要包括選題背景和意義、原文分析、翻譯過程和難點分析等。在翻譯過程中,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)本章內(nèi)容中如何實現(xiàn)文化傳真是翻譯的難點,即如何從文化義的角度準確再現(xiàn)史前時代文化所要傳遞的意義。因此,在實踐報告中另辟一章,重點闡述在...
