作為家務的承擔者和孩子的照顧者,婦女對社會的發(fā)展作出了不可估量的貢獻,但婦女在職場受到的歧視與她們的付出不成正比,婦女的權益保護也越來越受到全世界的關注�！赌行詾跬邪睢輾Ч韫饶行跃銟凡俊凡粌H介紹了商業(yè)管理的諸多案例,還揭示了硅谷職業(yè)女性遭遇的歧視和潛規(guī)則,其中的一些熱點話題也在中國引起了熱議。該書由Portfolio/Penguin出版社于2018年2月出版。據譯者調查,目前國內尚無中文譯本出版或發(fā)表。雖然作者在書中表達了自己的觀點,但為了增加說服力,作者引用了大量的采訪內容和行業(yè)數(shù)據,因此原文更傾向于信息類文本,語言簡練客觀,結構層次清晰。文章聚焦商業(yè)和科技領域,含有大量專有名詞和縮略語。為保持客觀,文章大量使用被動句。這些都是本次翻譯的難點。作為一項社會活動,翻譯具有很強的目的性,翻譯目的往往決定采用的翻譯方法。因此,譯者采用目的論作為本次翻譯任務的指導理論。該理論認為,目的對翻譯方法的決定程度大于其他所有因素,因此,譯者需在滿足翻譯目的的條件下方可考慮譯文連貫性。本文從該理論的“目的原則”和“語內連貫”原則入手,探討部分專有名詞與縮略語的零翻譯策略,并分析不同語境和情況下被動...
