本次翻譯實踐的原文選自《日益變暖的地球:氣候變化的來龍去脈》（第一章至第九章）。該書由霍頓·米夫林·哈考特出版公司在2016年3月出版,是一本有關氣候變化的科普書籍。其作者布里奇·赫奧斯通過大量的例子、實驗、科學數據,主要介紹了全球變暖產生的原因,引發(fā)的后果,以及應對措施。譯者翻譯此書旨在幫助讀者全面了解氣候變化,引起大家對全球變暖的關注。譯者在翻譯中遇到的重難點主要有標題翻譯,詞語翻譯（包括專有名詞,專業(yè)術語,新詞和多義詞）,和句子翻譯（包括被動句和長難句）。所以譯者運用不同的翻譯方法、策略進行處理——標題翻譯時,譯者主要用成語和四字短語表達,并且結合增譯法、減譯法。面對專有名詞和專業(yè)術語,譯者通過字典或網絡選擇約定俗成的譯本,運用音譯法、加注法進行完善。對于新詞的處理,譯者分析詞語構成以及以前的詞義,并且參考平行文本。至于多義詞,譯者在具體的語境里分析詞性,選擇合適的詞義。被動句有兩種譯法,即中文保持被動語態(tài),或者轉化成主動語態(tài)。面對長句,譯者先分析句法結構,再用順譯法、逆譯法、拆譯法進行處理。通過此次翻譯實踐,譯者受益匪淺:第一,標題、詞語和句子翻譯可以用不同的方法處理。第二,譯...
