隨著全球化進程的深入,我國與國際社會的法律交流不斷增加。就知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護而言,各國保護知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的呼聲日益高漲。多邊貿(mào)易往來導致的跨國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛的案例也比比皆是。因此,如何有效地促進知識產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)法律的交流變得尤為重要。翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移是翻譯活動中常見的一種現(xiàn)象。目前國內(nèi)對翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移的研究主要集中在理論研究和文學翻譯中,對判決書中的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移研究較少。本文嘗試將翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移和判決書結(jié)合起來,在信息橋模型的指導下,旨在探討知識產(chǎn)權(quán)類判決書中的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象。為此,本文提出了三個研究問題:1.在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)類判決書英譯之中,翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移的具體表現(xiàn)形式有哪些?2.這些翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)生受到哪些因素的影響?3.怎樣去評判這些翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移是否合適?本文選取了6篇知識產(chǎn)權(quán)類判決書及其英譯本作為語料,結(jié)合法律語篇信息分析,對其進行信息成分的標注,比較原文和譯文信息成分的差別。本文從宏觀語言和微觀信息層面總結(jié)了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)類判決書漢譯英時發(fā)生的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移在信息層面主要表現(xiàn)為:信息減少、信息增加、信息更換、信息移位。在語言層面體現(xiàn)在詞匯、句法和語篇方面。在信息橋理論的指導下,本文指出影響翻譯轉(zhuǎn)移的因素主要是社會文化中的意識形態(tài),...
