作者受中國傳意國際有限公司翻譯部委托,于2017年9月12日至20日為第八屆中國（四川）—南亞經(jīng)貿合作圓桌會議提供翻譯服務。翻譯任務主要為陪同翻譯和交替翻譯。本文以丹尼爾·吉爾（Daniel Gile）的“精力分配模式”（the Effort Models）為指導,分析口譯項目中的難點。作者將“精力”按口譯的實際情況加以分配,并研討出相關的應對策略。首先,報告詳述該口譯項目的背景、基本情況和客戶要求。其次,作者從縮略語、口音特點、科技術語、口譯理論等方面做了譯前準備。再次,報告將實踐案例分為中譯英以及英譯中兩大類,詳細分析“精力分配模式”下口譯實踐的難點,并提出應對策略。最后,譯者根據(jù)中外方評價進行自我評估。根據(jù)吉爾“精力分配模式”的公式可知:口譯中所需的精力總量,應小于或等于譯員大腦所提供的精力總量才能使口譯的產(chǎn)出更流暢。因漢譯英與英譯漢的差異,譯員在口譯過程中“精力”分配有不同。通過分析該口譯實踐報告,筆者認為:無論中譯英或英譯中,譯員充分理解源語是基礎;協(xié)調好“精力分配模式”的各個階段（聽辨與理解、記憶、筆記、產(chǎn)出等）是關鍵;意譯、簡略和省譯等是應對策略;有效分配“精力”、減少“...
