本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告基于William Shawcross所著的The Queen Mother第21章的翻譯過程所寫。原文本記錄了伊麗莎白王太后從1961年至1992年間的出訪故事,表現(xiàn)了伊麗莎白王太后在維護(hù)和加強(qiáng)英國與英聯(lián)邦之間的聯(lián)系以及促進(jìn)國內(nèi)外交流方面所作出的巨大貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)也展現(xiàn)了各國人民對(duì)伊麗莎白王太后的喜愛與欽佩之情。The Queen Mother屬于政治人物他傳,近年來,傳記作品的創(chuàng)作與譯介取得了令人矚目的成績。傳記文學(xué)的譯介不僅可以促進(jìn)傳記文學(xué)的創(chuàng)作和交流,同時(shí)也可以促進(jìn)東西方文化的交流和傳播。作為譯者,如何將優(yōu)秀的傳記文學(xué)呈現(xiàn)給國內(nèi)讀者成為一個(gè)尤為重要的問題。在此翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告中,筆者通過對(duì)原文本語言特征和文本特征的分析,指出該翻譯實(shí)踐材料語言生動(dòng)形象、構(gòu)思精巧熟練,同時(shí)文中出現(xiàn)了大量的專有名詞以及其他外語的使用。文章以時(shí)間順序?yàn)榫€索、從第三人稱的角度進(jìn)行記敘。原文本兼?zhèn)浔磉_(dá)性文本和信息性文本特點(diǎn),作者將紐馬克的語義翻譯和交際翻譯與翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。在此指導(dǎo)理論的基礎(chǔ)之上從詞匯層面和句子層面將譯者在翻譯過程中遇到的翻譯難點(diǎn)以案例分析的形式進(jìn)行詳盡、客觀的分析和比較,以期準(zhǔn)確傳...
