本翻譯項目原文本為《實施21世紀議程,推進21世紀議程和落實可持續(xù)發(fā)展世界峰會成果的計劃》。該計劃作為聯(lián)合國官方文件,其嚴謹性不言而喻。因此,翻譯時譯者更應秉持中立的原則,給讀者呈現(xiàn)出完完整整的《21世紀議程》。鑒于這樣的考慮,本翻譯報告以系統(tǒng)功能語言學理論為框架,該理論要求在翻譯文本時,譯者要充分發(fā)揮其主體作用和主導性,在評價理論的指導下進行相應的選擇和轉換,并且譯文詞語的選擇能切實反映譯者在翻譯中的地位與影響,使譯語可以“完美”地與原語吻合。本報告分為四個章節(jié):第一章介紹翻譯項目的背景、目標、意義以及翻譯報告的結構;第二章概述了翻譯系統(tǒng)功能語言學理論以及原文的內(nèi)容并對原文進行深入分析;第三章描述了翻譯過程中遇到的問題及其解決方法,并配合具體例子進行解釋說明;第四章總結翻譯中學到的經(jīng)驗以及仍待解決的翻譯難題。
