【摘要】：World Employment and Social Outlook 2016選自國際勞工組織官網(wǎng),是國際勞工組織發(fā)布的一篇國際性報告。該報告是通過對103個國家家庭調(diào)查而得出的深入系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)了不同國家就業(yè)狀況、貧困狀況及其原因以及為消除貧困采取的措施,旨在為各國消除貧困提供指導(dǎo)和建議,從而在全世界范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)消除貧困的目標(biāo)。該項(xiàng)目包含兩大部分,譯者選取了第一大部分的二、三節(jié)進(jìn)行翻譯。在對項(xiàng)目背景、結(jié)構(gòu)和文本特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,譯者總結(jié)了在漢譯項(xiàng)目中遇到的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),其中包括詞匯、句法以及倍數(shù)的翻譯,并結(jié)合翻譯目的論和功能對等理論解決翻譯中遇到的問題。首先,對于源語文本中存在的大量有關(guān)就業(yè)和貧困等方面的專業(yè)術(shù)語和固定詞組,譯者參照目的論,在解決術(shù)語和詞組翻譯難點(diǎn)時,采用增詞法、替換法和參照平行文本法。其次,為了把文本中復(fù)雜句的邏輯和意思清楚地表達(dá)出來,譯者依據(jù)功能對等理論,運(yùn)用劃分重組法和排序轉(zhuǎn)換法加以處理。第三,數(shù)據(jù)的大量使用也是原語文本的一大特色,其中包括倍數(shù)的重復(fù)使用。倍數(shù)在傳達(dá)準(zhǔn)確的信息中發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用,譯者在倍數(shù)翻譯過程中采取了分?jǐn)?shù)轉(zhuǎn)換法。最后,譯者對翻譯項(xiàng)目作了總結(jié),并提出了改進(jìn)措施。
