《讀懂中國制造2025》(節(jié)選)英譯實踐報告

【摘要】:自新中國成立尤其是改革開放以來,我國制造業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。然而,與世界其他發(fā)達(dá)國家的制造業(yè)相比,如美國、英國、日本,中國制造業(yè)仍然大而不強(qiáng),很多方面都有問題,比如沒有自己的品牌、質(zhì)量不過硬等,而飽受世人詬病。中國制造業(yè)急需轉(zhuǎn)型!吨袊圃2025》是中國政府實施制造強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略第一個十年的行動綱領(lǐng)。而《讀懂中國制造2025》一書收集了各個領(lǐng)域的專家的獨特見解,是讀懂《中國制造2025》首選。本次節(jié)選《讀懂中國制造2025》的第四章《智造為鋒,尋找中國制造之心》中的三篇文章,這些文章分析了中國制造業(yè)的不足,如質(zhì)量不高、缺乏自己的品牌、沒有創(chuàng)新等,因而面臨著“雙向擠壓”的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),從而提出了中國制造業(yè)在今后的十年或者更長的時間內(nèi)應(yīng)該怎樣走出困局的一些策略:發(fā)展中國的智能制造、提升產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計能力、完善制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系等!爸袊圃臁毕碜u全球,然而在外國人看來,中國產(chǎn)品雖便宜,但其技術(shù)含量低。筆者希望通過此書的翻譯,能讓外國讀者了解中國在制造業(yè)方面的政策,改善“中國制造”在他們心目中的形象,為中國在國際上營造良好的輿論氛圍作出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。筆者運用德國功能派的目的論為翻譯理論進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。報告中從詞和句中探討了翻譯方法。詞語方面主要是對帶“化”字的翻譯方法探討,如對于原創(chuàng)型的我們可以采取闡釋法、比較級等來翻譯;句子層面主要是對無主句的處理進(jìn)行探討,如可以用被動句,添加主語等方式來進(jìn)行處理,使其符合英文行文習(xí)慣,減少目標(biāo)讀者的理解困難。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, China's manufacturing industry has continued to develop rapidly. However, compared with the manufacturing industry of other developed countries in the world, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and China, the manufacturing industry is still large and not strong, and there are many problems, such as the lack of their own brands, poor quality and so on, which have been criticized by the world. China's manufacturing industry is in urgent need of transformation. "made in China 2025" is the first ten-year action program of the Chinese government to implement the strategy of making a powerful country. The book "understanding made in China 2025" collects the unique views of experts in various fields and is the first choice to read "made in China 2025". This excerpt from the fourth chapter of "understanding made in China 2025", "intellectual creation for the Front," looking for the Heart of made in China, "these articles analyze the shortcomings of China's manufacturing industry, such as low quality, lack of their own brand, no innovation, and so on, so they are facing the severe challenge of" two-way extrusion. " Therefore, this paper puts forward some strategies of how Chinese manufacturing industry should get out of the predicament in the next ten years or more: developing Chinese intelligent manufacturing, improving the design ability of products, perfecting the technological innovation system of manufacturing industry, and so on. Made in China is famous all over the world, but in the eyes of foreigners, Chinese products are cheap, but their technical content is low. The author hopes that through the translation of this book, foreign readers can understand China's policy in manufacturing, improve the image of "made in China" in their minds, and make certain contributions to creating a good atmosphere of public opinion for China in the international community. The author uses the Skopos theory of German functionalism to guide translation theory. In the report, translation methods are discussed in terms of words and sentences. In the aspect of words, we can mainly discuss the translation methods with "Hua" words, such as the original type can be translated by interpretation, comparative level and so on; at the sentence level, we can mainly discuss the treatment of non-subject sentences, such as passive sentences, adding subjects and so on, so that they can be in line with the English writing habits and reduce the difficulty of understanding the target readers.
