【摘要】：年度報(bào)告是公司信息公開(kāi)的重要方式,潛在的國(guó)內(nèi)外投資者及合作者可以通過(guò)公司年報(bào)獲取意向公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、管理模式、財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及面臨的市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及挑戰(zhàn)等信息。麥克森公司是一家醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的跨國(guó)公司,在中國(guó)設(shè)有分公司。中國(guó)一家該行業(yè)的公司,有意投資麥克森公司并就某些業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展合作,需要麥克森公司2016年年度報(bào)告的中文譯本,作為本公司內(nèi)部參考。年度報(bào)告是信息類(lèi)文本,翻譯的重點(diǎn)在于信息的傳遞。翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告采用尤金·奈達(dá)提出的功能對(duì)等理論作為指導(dǎo)理論。以功能對(duì)等理論以及翻譯目的為基礎(chǔ),該翻譯實(shí)踐采取自然翻譯為翻譯策略,要求翻譯用最貼切、自然和對(duì)等的語(yǔ)言從語(yǔ)義到問(wèn)題再現(xiàn)原文信息。報(bào)告主要研究詞匯、語(yǔ)句和語(yǔ)篇層面的功能對(duì)等。詞匯方面,從借用和調(diào)整兩方面展開(kāi),并結(jié)合增譯和省譯的翻譯技巧,使翻譯符合目的語(yǔ)的表達(dá)習(xí)慣,實(shí)現(xiàn)翻譯的功能對(duì)等。在語(yǔ)句和語(yǔ)篇層面,提取主要信息,根據(jù)目的語(yǔ)讀者的閱讀習(xí)慣采用轉(zhuǎn)換、指代、替代和調(diào)整句子結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯技巧,使整個(gè)翻譯連貫、自然、流暢,符合整體語(yǔ)境,使讀者能夠快速獲取報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容。報(bào)告共分為四章,分別為,翻譯任務(wù)描述、翻譯過(guò)程描述、案例分析和總結(jié)。翻譯任務(wù)描述主要介紹該翻譯的基本信息、翻譯任務(wù)的發(fā)起人和翻譯目的以及該翻譯報(bào)告的目的與意義。翻譯過(guò)程描述包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯理論的確定、整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程和譯后譯文質(zhì)量控制。案例分析著重探討翻譯技巧的運(yùn)用和功能對(duì)等翻譯理論與翻譯實(shí)踐的結(jié)合�？偨Y(jié)部分對(duì)翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告進(jìn)行總結(jié),總結(jié)整個(gè)翻譯任務(wù)中的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)、存在的局限并對(duì)其他翻譯年度報(bào)告的學(xué)生和譯者提出建議。
[Abstract]:Annual report is an important way to disclose the information of the company. Potential domestic and foreign investors and partners can obtain the business, management mode, financial situation, market risks and challenges of the company through the annual report of the company. Macson is a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry with branches in China. A Chinese company in this industry, interested in investing in Macson and cooperating on certain businesses, needs a Chinese translation of Macson's 2016 annual report as an internal reference for the company. The annual report is an information text, and the focus of translation is on the transmission of information. The translation practice report adopts Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory as the guiding theory. Based on the theory of functional equivalence and the purpose of translation, the translation practice adopts natural translation as a translation strategy, which requires translation to reproduce the original information from semantics to problems in the most appropriate, natural and equivalent languages. The report mainly studies functional equivalence at the lexical, sentence and textual levels. In terms of vocabulary, it is carried out from two aspects of borrowing and adjustment, and combined with the translation skills of adding translation and saving translation, so that the translation is in line with the expression habits of the target language and the functional equivalence of translation is realized. At the level of sentence and text, the main information is extracted, and the translation skills of changing, referencing, replacing and adjusting the sentence structure are adopted according to the reading habits of the target language readers, so that the whole translation is coherent, natural, fluent and in line with the overall context, so that readers can quickly obtain the main contents of the report. The report is divided into four chapters, namely, translation task description, translation process description, case analysis and summary. The description of translation task mainly introduces the basic information of the translation, the initiator and purpose of the translation task, and the purpose and significance of the translation report. The description of translation process includes pre-translation preparation, determination of translation theory, whole translation process and post-translation quality control. Case analysis focuses on the application of translation skills and the combination of functional equivalence translation theory and translation practice. The summary part summarizes the translation practice reports, summarizes the main findings in the whole translation task, and puts forward some suggestions to the students and translators of other translation annual reports.
